Great customer service! There are plenty of store products. The store is clean and neat. The manager actually manages her location. She assures the customers are satisfied before leaving the store. I'm completely satisfied with this location.

Shopping for the wife has a wide variety of cosmetics to meet your demands. Staff is very attentive and very knowledgeable. The make up here is very good and the price matches it. I had no complaints and will be coming again to shop.

I've been Kayli's client for a year now and I'm OBSESSED. She always nails what I'm looking for and she has great conversation. 10/10

Kayli at the salon did a FABULOUS job on my blonde highlights. First time with her and she went above and beyond, even stayed later with her shift to finish. If you’re a blonde girl and want a stylist who can do the job and do it well, Kayli’s your girl! Great job, babe!!! ♥♥

I am new to doing make and was nervous walking into a cosmetics store. But the ladies we very kind and help me find a lip pencile and and answered every question I had about make. Will come for sure.

I went into this store to purchase a few hair are items. I was unsure of what to purchase but Katie was able to help me. She recommended an amazing heat protector for my hair that truly smells amazing and was so kind the entire time. I missed her name so I called back, and makayla answered the phone and was able to give me all the information I needed. Both of these girls were such an amazing help words cannot even describe. Of course I will be back tomorrow :D

My wife got her hair done here by Laura in the salon area. She did a fantastic job and her hair turned out great!!!

Kelly did my eyebrows at the Benefit Brow Bar and she did an amazing job!! She took me as a walk-in and she was so nice and helpful. She even gave me other makeup recommendations. Total hype girl. Highly recommend her to do your brows!!

Ulta has a wide selection of cosmetics, hair products, perfumes abd more. They also are a Happy Returns location, and I was easily able to return items I had purchased online from other companies.

I went to Ulta today for the second time ever and I was helped by Sierra. I was nervous because I was not sure where the product was located that I was looking for and I had no idea which shade would match. Sierra was very nice and helped me to pick out the perfect shade for my skin tone and I am really happy with the way the product matches my skin tone perfectly. Thanks Sierra!

I’m allergic to the sun, and have allergies to preservatives in cosmetics. I’ve been to Ulta before, but thanks to Patrick I now have a clean sunblock and face moisturizer. Patrick was knowledgeable, efficient, and overall AMAZING. He listened to my needs and knew exactly which products to recommend. I can’t thank him enough! All of the products have agreed with my skin thus far. They’re all lightweight and clean; Supergoop (purchased for face & body), and Beekman 1802 Goat Milk Skincare Kit.

I always have a good experience when I go to Ulta everyone is so friendly and always willing to help. If you need any make up tips or even to get your eyebrows done this is a great place to go.

My daughter and I got our haircut at Ulta Salon. Liz was amazing!! She was kind, helpful, and so friendly. She made both of us, especially my daughter, feel so comfortable and heard. We walked out of there happy and so impressed. We’ll definitely be back!

Today was the first time I’ve ever been to Ulta beauty and I will be returning. The service was great everyone was so nice and pleasant. I am overweight and sometimes feel self conscious about going into stores but here I feel safe. Everyone there had a unique style and look and it gave me great vibes. There were so many products! The store was clean and mask, hand sanitizer and social distancing was in place. Overall I had a great experience.

Today was a wonderful day at Ulta! Bryn was my consultant and she helped me find every goodie on my large list of must haves! From fragrances to lip plumper and all that falls in between, I walked out with the best for my preferences and skin tones! I was so happy with all of the advice she gave me and each brand she recommended. This was the first time I have come to a higher end beauty store and loved each product that was recommended! Seek her out y’all! She is amazing!

Always a great experience. They definitely appreciate the customers who come into their store and will always help and accommodate to your needs. I actually have moved out of state but when I visit, I always go to Irma for my hair. Highly recommend this Ulta and I never leave disappointed!

Hunter and Denise were so helpful! I was looking for my first expensive makeup experience and they were the best! They helped me pick the perfect color match and shared tips on how to apply it. I highly recommend either of them to assist in your purchasing needs!

Always helpful and has what I need. Have had the best cut and color at the York location for over 5 years. Ask for Rachel in the hair salon! I promise it will be the only stylist you will ever use again!
