Books-A-Million

This book store is absolutely massive, truely one of the biggest book shops I've ever been in. Despite being so big everything is clean and organized. There are many chairs to sit in, and the floor itself is comfy enough to pop down on for a bit. The environment here is very welcoming and is very autistic / disabled persons friendly. Staff was very kind and respectful which was a plus. Their coffee shop in the store was very pleasant and staff there where very friendly and amazing to talk to. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone. Truely a safe and welcoming place

Great book store with lots of variety and a very large selection. If you plan to buy books more than once or twice a year, I recommend buying into their membership program which offers pretty decent discounts.

They also have a good selection of games and vinyl records.

Overall a fun place to burn a few hours on a cold/windy/rainy day!

Books-A-Million has always been one of my favorite places to go since I was a kid. I am especially impressed by the large manga selection they have. It's been filling my nerdy heart with lots of joy as of late!

Love that have used books. It kind of stinks that you have to search through the books to find the used ones but they're a nice little surprise to stumble upon. Always very clean, the coffee spot is pretty nice, and the staff is always friendly

I love books so BOOKS-A-MILLION is a natural hang out. The prices are great, the collection is varied. There are used books in their whole section by themselves, so you can even grab up rare finds and hard to finds here. Staff are helpful and friendly and the cafe is large and got fine coffee and beverages hot and cold.

Has a wide variety of books. If you need it they will probably have it. Has many interesting books from our local area. Great location.

Large select of all genres, and I found a game magazine that has been difficult to find at other bookstores

Great prices for used books, walked in planning on just browsing, left with 5 books!

The cashiers are always super helpful and friendly! I also love checking out the bargain sections for some new literature to read. 📚

Great selection! Not a lot of employees to help or make recommendations (B&N usually has more employees on for that) but I usually come in knowing what I'm looking for, so I don't mind that. Also this BAM has a way better selection that the one in Lancaster and the B&N on Fruitville Pike.

I love this store! They have a great selection of books and a nice peaceful atmosphere. They also sell toys, movies, and clothing if books aren't your thing.The employees are really friendly and happy to help you. The Cafe is really nice too. I really like the Harry Potter themed drinks they have.

This is my favorite book store! It feels very local even though its a chain. The staff is very nice and you can tell they actually like to read. My only complaint is about the book buyback program- they pay essentially nothing. However, that's not the staff's fault.

Massive book/manga selection and other merchandise. Tasty drinks sold inside as well. I got a large lemonade.

I will always prefer turning pages in a book to an electronic version of reading. I enjoyed pursuing the isles of the book store. Discovering new authors or perhaps running into an old friend. BAM offers a great selection of books, friendly staff, and a nice little coffee bar. Easy access to Route 30 with plenty of parking.
