The crew from WF Schmidt Construction were fantastic to work with. They were on time and amazingly fast. Our roof was removed and installed in one day. They took care to protect our shrubs. Their clean up was excellent! You would never know they were there. They took extra time running the magnet over the yard and driveway several times to pick up nails. I definitely would recommend them for any services you need.

WF Schmidt replaced our gutters, hung new siding and shutters and installed a new front door on our house. We could not have been more pleased with the results. Bill is a perfectionist with an eye for detail and color. Teri in the office was great and always helpful. Miguel and the guys in the field were incredibly hard working and did great work. they treated our house like it was theirs. I would recommend WF Schmidt to anyone!!

Was very pleased with the whole experience. From meeting with Mike for the estimate to scheduling of the job a month later. Workers were great and worked very hard. They did a great job with clean up. Shane was my foreman and kept me informed of the progress. Was lucky enough to have the owner, Bill, onsite and had a great conversation with him as well. Roof looks great and I would not hesitate to call on them again. Great company.

Bill was great to talk to about issues with my roof. I had specific concerns about ventilation and bad decking areas
that he talked through with me, and during the job re-evaluated as more facts were confirmed. He did everything he said plus a little more, without Inflating the price as he went. I’m very pleased with the work and excellent cleanup. There was a lot to do in addition to just replacing the roof, but he brought in a great crew and they finished in a day.

We had an amazing experience with WF Schmidt who replaced our roof. We shopped around a long time as our roof was very unique, and Bill was the one who got the job done! His staff of roofers were awesome - very efficient, polite, always cleaned up after themselves. We love our finished product and could not be happier with Bill and his company!

W F Schmidt was very great to work with. We had 4 other quotes before and we decided to go with them because of how easy they were to talk to as well as price/color of shingle selection.
The day of installation they were prompt and began working right away. There was a brief light rain storm that came through, so they called in more crew to finish the install faster in case the rain would come back. Started at 7:30-8am and finished by 4:30-5pm.
We are very pleased with our roof and will be using them again when we are ready in a couple years for new siding.

Great team of hard working individuals with good ideas, strong work ethics and skill. We added a very large wrap-around porch and more, when we installed our new roof and gutters. We even made several changes along the way - all for the better. They did an amazing job with all of it!!! Looking forward to doing more work with them in 2022.

I've worked with Mike and the WF Schmidt team on a few different projects over the last couple of years. They're always quick to respond to estimate requests. Their work is top notch and at a fair price. The job site is always clean when their work is completed. All around a great company to do business with.

The entire staff and crew of W F Schmidt was kind and professional. The estimator came over on more than one occasion to drop off samples and complete a full review of our project and was the only estimator that actually got on the roof and inside our attic to give us an accurate estimate. The estimate came in under comparable competitors AND the roofing products had a better warranty!

The crew was awesome, respectful and hard working people who deserve a medal for the 12 hour day in the cold to complete the job. We offered hot coffee and they were so appreciative! The man that came inside wore a mask and took off his boots..gotta love that!

They did an outstanding job from beginning to end with our new roof. They gave us an estimate which was right on when the job was completed. Bill came out did a thorough inspection of our roof before the estimate and was there on site for the entire day when it was installed. Teri showed us all the different styles and colors and was very helpful with our final decision. We have gotten nothing but compliments from neighbors and friends. In this difficult time they made the entire process much easier and stress free than I thought it would be I would absolutely reccomend them and would use them in the future for any other services I might need that they provide.

We needed a roof fast. Theses guys were here to save the day. So kind and professional. The work was fast and by the end of the day my yard looked better than when they arrived.

They even helped a neighbor who needed a small bit fixed as others were cleaning up.

The Roofing crew showed up on time, prepared my property for the removal of shingles, covering sidewalk, deck and shrubs. They found other problems, not taken care of by other contractors, with my exhaust vents from kitchen and bathrooms. They corrected defective vent systems, new roof, including plywood and installed new shutters and removed old caulk from another contractor, this also included repair of crown on chimney! Left my home immaculate! What more could you ask for!!! This is why I alway reccommend WF Schmidt for any of your needs!
