I've been there 3 times in the last 2 months...very friendly and helpful every time. I forgot to package a return, told me how I can do with least amount of cost and would not have to make an extra trip back.

Recent change in management & staff. The improvement is so marked that we asked about it. Amie, the manager, is highly professional & friendly. We will start coming back to this UPS Store on a regular basis. Highly recommend it.

I don’t usually like going to this store because everyone is usually rude and unprofessional but today was different. The lady at the counter was super nice and she informed me that they are under new ownership. The gentleman that was also there seemed very nice I assume he was the new owner. I am happy to see the change.

From what I understand, they’re under new management and the employees couldn’t be nicer. Glad they got that cranky dude out. I don’t mind waiting if needed because even with long lines, they’re still pretty quick.

Previous one star review:
I’ve been to this store many times and the owner is so rude every single time. Today I vowed never to go back and to take my business elsewhere. As I walked out of the store, another customer also made a comment to me about how miserable the owner is. Not sure how he manages to stay in business.

Edit: I did indeed go back to this location (it’s super close to home) and it is under new ownership. The new owner is so nice! He told me to forget about that other man.

I’ve honestly not had the experiences previously mentioned. The service has always been pleasant and efficient! I understand the frustration with the Amazon returns stating no packaging required. This seems to be an Amazon customer service issue and credit for that should be placed where it is due. Amazon is the big guy in this miscommunication and should remedy this issue ASAP! Either pay the UPS small business owner for his packaging materials or change the process to reflect Amazon’s responsibility in returning the items. The blame toward UPS is unfounded in this case. Just package your returns in any shippable package and acknowledge that this is INDEED an Amazon customer service complaint and should not reflect poorly on the store. UPS store staff: keep up the great work as I understand working in the public sector can be frustrating!

I have never had issues at this UPS. The location is very convenient for me and only a couple of times I had to wait about 10 minutes. The owner has always been helpful, but I don't go in acting entitled and impatient. There's usually one person working with walk-ins and that should be taken into consideration. For comparison, go to Hanover's post office with 3 people working and you'll appreciate UPS much more. Customers can be pretty awful too, but we tend to think workers are supposed to be saints who bow down to us and put up with our impatience and frustration we love to take out on them. These are humans, not robots. Stop expecting so much.

2/15/2023: I just updated my rating from two stars to five. The current staff at the store is very friendly and helpful!!

Didn't feel welcome at all. Got the feeling I was bothering the guy. But he got the job done.

I make multiple runs a week between here and USPS dropping off a decent amount of orders, and have absolutely NEVER experienced anything like some reviews claim. I rarely leave reviews and honestly only chose to do one here to help out a small business. They have always been friendly to interact with and do their job well!

I went in to do an easy amazon return, unfortunately there was someone ahead of me with an in depth return. I had my 3 year old with me who was lacking patience at the time. The man working, took care of my return in between processing the other transaction. It didn’t delay the other customer’s order, and I certainly appreciated it!

I have been going to this store for as many years as they have been open and never had 1 single issue. I like business’s that get the job done They always do. And after many transactions and shipments I will be doing business there and won’t be so concerned about the culture. 5 stars and very thankful they stay in business.

I was here twice, once to return a Comcast box and again to ship something. The guy behind the counter was informative and knowledgeable both times. Both times he greeted me as soon as I opened the door. I'm trying to figure out who it is that everyone hates here. Apparently I haven't run into that person. Update: I was just in a third time. Once again, the "mean man" was informative and pleasant...

My understanding this store is under new management. Seems like a much better environment. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

I got here when the “mean owner” wasn’t working. Was a woman who was very friendly and helpful. Plus I was dropping off my Comcast boxes (since I cut the cord) and them taking them saved me a drive to York. All around great visit this time.

Natasha recently assisted me with a package mishap on an epic scale. I am tempted to write out the whole saga...but I will condense it to the basics. I am a clothing designer. My client was on her way to a wedding in Paris that had multiple events, including a masquerade ball, tea party and a black tie dinner. I sent her an (overnight delivery) package full of custom made silk gowns, a full length silk cape and a feather hat and mask. She was not home to sign for it and she had a flight to TX the next morning. UH OH! Natasha was able to re-route this package from NJ to TX...but not in time to catch my client who was on her flight to Paris. She then was able to re-route it AGAIN to Alabama, the next morning, where another guest was leaving for the same wedding. Special arrangements were made to open the UPS hub early so that the package could be picked up as soon as it was off the truck!! Amazing amount of care and effort to help me. I so appreciate it too...that package was worth a lot to me and to my client. I cannot thank you enough for your assistance and professional demeanor. A UPS goddess!! Thank you! Michelle Murphy

I'm giving them 5 stars because they have to put up with people who expect to get tape for free. Tape costs money, how hard is it to tape a package yourself? I've always received good service at this location.
