Amber and Gus are AWESOME…..The BEST…..If she’s rocking …..he’s rolling…..We could not have gotten a better team than these two……I can not say that there has not been one time …..that ANY question's or concerns that I’ve had…..have not been addressed IMMEDIATELY ‼…..I can’t say enough how happy I am that Amber and Gus are here……They definitely get the job done…..Amber is so compassionate ……considerate…..and committed to her job and the residents as well…..This is OUR home…..She goes above and beyond for her residents …..I can not THANK her enough for being her GENUINE self….And listening to me …..she makes me feel like what I have to say matters…..Gus as well he’s on top of his game…..There’s not one time that I’ve put in a maintenance request that it was not taken care of in a timely matter…..His work is impeccable……He listens and makes sure I am ALWAYS happy/satisfied with the end result……I ALWAYS joke with him …..that I’m gonna give him a kiss 💋 ……He’s just that AWESOME ‼Some people may not agree with me …..and THEY are entitled to THEIR OWN opinions……But this is mine……I have NOTHING but GREAT things to say about the both of them…..Before they took over the building…..I was a little afraid …..wrong staff in the office…..I feel safe and at peace again‼‼‼‼

I cannot say enough about the property manager Amber she is absolutely amazing! Very helpful she is super accommodating to all residents. Thank you for all you do!!!! Pelham is great place to live and so happy I came over here!

Just moved into Pelham apartments and everything is beautiful, the building is so clean and smells so fresh. The property manager Amber is so helpful and nice! I'm happy I picked Pelham!

Amber Murphy, the Property Manager for Pelham Court, was so helpful and professional as we toured a 1-bedroom apartment and applied for residency. Her level of expertise and customer service stood out tremendously. Pelham Court is an affordable, beautiful property in a residential neighborhood with suitable amenities, perfect for what we are looking for. After meeting with Amber, there was no doubt that we would move in. Thank you Amber for your hard work and dedication, you deserve a raise!

Amber Murphy (the property manager) is making Pelham Court a pleasant place to live again! Maintenance issues are responded to quickly, new washers & dryers have been installed, and safety issues have been resolved. Amber takes the time to sit down with you and chat if you ever have any questions or concerns. I’m so grateful she’s managing this property!

I have been a resident at Pelham Court for 14 years. I have seen a lot changes and as a senior person (over 65) .I can honestly say I'm looking forward more than ever to continue living and enjoying my peace of mind. The current building management(Amber Cordero) has made it so that I am comfortable with the improvements and changes that were sorely needed in the past. Now I'm enjoying being here again at
Pelham Court . Thank you Amber !!

Great location, right off of Lincoln Drive. Not far from city and the proximity to the train station is incredible.

Emlen St. is a nice, quiet street. Parking can be difficult to find but it is never *too* far to park. Nearby neighborhood is stately and beautiful. Very walkable.

Apartment itself was beautifully restored with much of the original craftsmanship intact. Floors can be loud but that is my only small gripe with the refurbishment. I adore the high (10ft) ceilings.

Neighbors are friendly, but mostly keep to themselves. Amenities included are also a very nice touch.

I spent a year here and would recommend living here to anybody who thinks they would enjoy this kind of apartment living.

Lived here for 2 years. The office staff are very friendly, the location is nice especially if you're commuting into university city/center city. The building is a little older, but we liked the apartment and the view. Maintenance responds very quickly and if not their property manager is all over it !

Let me start by saying that if it wasn’t for Rushmore Property management, I would not have been able to find a great place to live in philadelphia. I have been with the company for just about 4 years now, and I have lived in two separate properties of theirs. Not once has a matience request been ignored. Not once has it taken longer than 24-48 hours to get a response. They were incredibly helpful throughout the course of my time as a tenant. Whenever there was an issue with something in the apartment , someone from maintenance was over promptly. If you’re looking for a great place to rent with an awesome team behind the properties, look no further.Incredibly helpful and genuinely good people. 5/5 stars

If you have a vintage soul, this is the place for you! Nice, quiet residential community is a plus. Close to the Regional Rail Lines; great restaurants within walking distance. I have no regrets! My friends and NY family absolutely love my new home.

Awesome from day 1. Move in ready apartment. Cool friendly staff. So far our experience has been great, and we would recommend Pelham Court Apartments to anyone who is looking to be close to center city and still have the suburban feel with proximity to everything.
