Love it!! Super clean. Friendly employees. BATHROOM is clean, but you do need a key from the front. Name brands Available with a great assortment of food items. Fruit looked fresh. There's alot of care and attention going into this beautiful store!! Beautiful and well done. Bring your bags!!

Are you coming to this grocery store because you have a very specific list of items you need? If so, you might be disappointed! That said, if you just have bell peppers on your grocery list, not worrying if they're red, orange, or yellow, this is the place you want to be. Every time I shop here, it's less than half as much as Acme down the street. It's a great place to go, if you're looking to fill up your Basics on a budget. I make it to this grocery store before I go to the more expensive brand places to fill in the gaps in my grocery list.

Clean new store. Covered parking entrance on Hortter. Great selection and phenomenal prices. No they don't have everything but it's a great place to start and knock off some high end items for a lot less.

The employees are warm and friendly. The parking garage is a plus. The cashier helped me to my car on the street and informed me about the garage.
Unusual buys. I purchased three therapy bears for family needing an extra ear to listen to and something warm or cold.

Not my neighborhood but a black owned supermarket I had to support ( even though I stay in Acme, Giant & The Fresh Grocer). The underground parking is necessary and well lit with two cameras for safety ( but still look around before exiting your car anyways). Once upstairs the store is very welcoming though not bustleling like a supermarket more like the quiet humm of a Sav-a-lot. The prices may require a double take ( $2.97 for Folders keurig cups!) Clean store with great Soul music for your shopping pleasure. It's a Wed so the place is quiet today I guess. ( it's been open since April). Not big on selling meats I see but, everything appears fresh. No circulars available but sales are accessible online I'm told. I will be back but not for the essentials but for the extras.

Beautiful! The staff is nice. Parking is available on the side of the building. The store was clean, well labeled and organized. I'm mad they were out of whole milk (LOL) I would still come back again.

Has a local feel to it. Much better than ACME. You can get most but not all basics and some very fancy brands for over 50% off including organic and vegan options. Some deals are just crazy

I shop here all the time. There is a bit of a learning curve if this becomes your main grocery store because their inventory changes, but it doesn't take long to adjust and the savings are well worth it. They have all the essentials as well as a great rotation of organic and specialty items priced at steep discounts. I often find wild bargains on items that simply aren't affordable for many people at a traditional grocery store. The owner is so friendly and always has a fantastic playlist running. It's common to hear people humming along or dancing as they shop. Overall, it's a pleasant shopping experience, and a real gem in the neighborhood.

Black owned, convenient location, vegan products what more can you ask for. Oh and the store is clean, well stocked and not crowded.

LOVE THIS PLACE it's new so the basement is not all the way finish but that doesn't stop it from becoming my new favorite grocery store I 100% recommend this place.

Locally & Black owned grocery store w/ so many great finds and great buys. I love this place and actually enjoy grocery shopping here. Reviewing the receipt at home and reveling in the savings feels almost as good as eating the delicious food they sell. My absolute favorite store (not just grocery store).

Always a pleasure to shop in the neighborhood store. I have never had any problems. The food is fresh and at a prices are great. The manager and cashiers are always pleasant and friendly. It was one older lady that was a cashier that was extremely rude and always using foul language in front of customers but she is no longer employed there

Great prices. Even though I have noticed some higher prices lately, yet they really try to keep prices reasonable. Very clean store. Well stocked. The staff is helpful and friendly. You really can snatch up some great bargains. Please check the expiration dates on everything! Many of their items expire soon so unless you can; use, share or
freeze certain items, don't buy more than you can handle. The covered parking is a plus! This store is up the street from my childhood home and very convenient . Wish they stayed open at least til 11 p.m. May I add, they play the BEST MUSIC EVER!!! I jam from the moment I walk in until I walk out!

Great groceries and values. I stop in atleast once a week. They have all the healthy snacks my children enjoy. My go-to on rainy days because of the convenient underground parking. I choose them over Acme on Germantown Ave for sure for fresh produce and better prices.

Positives- nice food and snacks, nice workers, great managers,
cool music playing, and a great son that works there.
Growth Areas- at the register, always say hello and try to smile, and help bag before scanning the next customers food so you don't get an over crowded counter top and feel rushed at the bagging station. The adults usually do but the teens must learn this.

The store was very well organized and stocked. The produce was fresh and well displayed in its own section, making it most appealing. There are many name brands in the store and the expiration dates are not close to the sale date like many other food outlet stores. The amount of organic products is a bonus and an encouragement for our community to choose more responsibly. I am a card person and they had a beautiful display of blank greeting cards. I loved seeing the bottom of my receipt telling me that I save $200 on my single shopping visit. Give them a try, you will be glad you did.
