After years of Doctors not LISTENING and not providing me with clear concise description of what is going on with my body, Dr. Shah was a breathe of fresh air. She asked questions and provided her opinion of what is going on and an actual course of action. Her bedside manner was not lacking. She has provided me with a diagnosis , step by step instructions, and next course of action. My surgery went well and I’m better at having met an experienced professional. Whether the news was good or bad I’m sure it is the truth. If you have a negative review please provide more details because I truly was shocked at them. Leaving out the why can result in someone making decision not to benefit from her expertise.

I am fifty years old and peri menopausal and though out my life I had to deal with many female issues. Such as ovarian cysts, miscarriages, fibroid tumors, the loss of my left ovary and Fallopian tube . Boy, it’s not easy being a woman! But I must say since I moved to the Lansdale area, Dr Shah is the best OBGYN I have ever seen. I find her to be kind, she has a fantastic bedside manner, and she takes the time to sit and speak with her patients. I never feel rushed in and out of her office, and her employees are very friendly.
I highly recommend Dr. Shah, she is knowledgeable, professional and overall a lovely person!

Just saw Dr. Shah for my glucose test and routine 27 week appointment where she literally just grilled me on my medical history from when I was 17, judged me about my PTSD diagnosis I got YEARS ago that has literally nothing to do with my pregnancy or current health? What happened when I was 17 has no relevance now that I’m 25. Idk what even happened when I was 17 lol. I then asked a question about concern for rapid fetal movement and she LAUGHED at me. And then she rushed through why my two previous babies were in the NICU if they werent preemie… I’m just confused on why she felt the need to question me on these things, when they didn’t have relevance. Also not all babies have to be preemie to be in the NICU. Like with my other pregnancies NO ONE drilled me for answers about my past. I really REALLY don’t want her on my care team. At all.

Update: Years later I am still dealing with this doctor's horrible care of me during my delivery.
I can only hope that there truly is HELL for people like her, and she is made to birth babies while she is treated the same way she treats poor mothers during delivery. I hope KARMA is real, I hope she gets hers.
DISGUSTING, awful doctor, not upholding the doctor's oath to do no harm.

I had the misfortune of this doctor being in charge when I was delivering my child. I never saw her at the office during my check-ups. She was on a schedule. She came in at 8am, and wanted my baby out by 5pm. Completely insensitive and uncaring. We were both doing fine, but she rushed me along, put me on pitocin without any need for it and turned off my epidural (telling me that she was just turning it down instead). I was rushed, in great pain and miserable. I asked her to leave my room so I could compose myself and keep going. The only thing she kept saying is that I am making terrible progress, I should hurry up, or I will be going for a C-section. Baby's heartbeat and vitals were great. Disgusting bed manner, completely uncompassionate and horrible human being. Run away from this doctor!
