I have never used this place and being a woman I am always hesitant taking my vehicle anywhere myself I'm not one to say that, ever, but with vehicles that's something that is unfortunately very common. I couldn't be happier with the service I received, they scheduled me in quickly and once they had my car it was done within 4 hours and it needed NOTHING! Ed was kind, professional and very easy to talk to. I was very impressed by the speed at which they tended to my vehicle and his ability to make me feel like I mattered within a very short conversation.
I will be taking all my vehicles here and I am confident and comfortable I will never have to worry about being taken again. Thank you for fair and honest work. You are truly appreciated.

My car was towed to Valley Auto. It was recommended. Their service was timely, priced well, and courteous. Due to family business, I was unable to pick up my car immediately. They were very kind in agreeing to hold it a few days. I am looking forward to getting good service from the new battery, and I plan to go back to Valley Auto again.

Had a great first visit to Valley Auto. Quick and friendly service. Was able to schedule work on the day of, and I was in and out within 10 minutes to replace a headlight. Plus, what I paid in total is what I likely would've paid for labor alone at the dealership. Will return if I need more repairs in the Pennsburg area!

I am not a mechanic myself. I have grown up around a bunch of mechanics and I have learned a lot. And in these years of being around mechanics and people who run these types of shops. I've learned to pick up on the difference between someone who is dishonest and someone who is honest in this trade. I speak with certainty that the gentleman at Valley Auto Group are trustworthy. They get straight to the point. And they run efficiently. If they tell you something will be done by a certain time it normally is done by that time.

They have been accommodating and everybody I have talked to since I've started going to this place in the last couple months has been nice. I appreciate their service. And they have earned themselves a loyal customer. And I am getting my entire family to go there from now on. And if anyone asked me who lives close enough. I will recommend them anytime.

Bryan and his team of technicians provided outstanding service on our Honda Civic. We thought the car needed new brakes but after the technician took a look at them, they identified that the brakes were still very good and safe. What is amazing is their honesty. I am sure the larger, chain auto repair shops may have just replaced the brakes - we wouldn't have known if it was needed or not. The integrity of Valley Auto will keep us coming back!

I am a car guy who does most of the work to my own vehicles, and am very picky who I bring my vehicles to. I used to go to Phoenix Performance, but when they closed, I had to find a new place, and Valley Auto Group is that place. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy, which isn't all that common in this industry. They are comfortable with high performance vehicles and daily drivers. I highly recommend Valley Auto Group.

My car wouldn't start or jump so I push started it there on a Sunday night. Went in Monday morning to see if they could fit it in within the next week. I thought it would be a while but it was fixed same day! The workers there were so friendly and helpful!
