I can't believe these terrible reviews I'm reading about here. These complaints must be years and years old because in the 5 years I've been a regular I've not witnessed one employee who didn't give 5 star service every time. And the Pharmacists themselves are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and always available for questions. I understand when people feel a need to give a less then favorable review. I've done it myself on multiple occasions. The problem I have is when these same people don't take the time to write a favorable review when the situation calls for it

The stores conveniently located, and the sales staff were quite helpful and positive. I like the extra care bucks and I have the $10 a month credit for extra care and I always find a way to use it.

i know this cvs is very busy, i went through the drive to pick my scripts, no one behind me and asked if i could get heartburn meds too, she got them for me, back in a flash, dont know her name, but have been dealing with her for the past 2 years, she is Awesome! upbeat and always helpful.........big thumbs up to u also with the covid testing, stay strong!

Very nice staff, great items, in and out. Sometimes there's a little crowd but all you have to do is have patience. Or you can go to the website and look up the hrs when they're most busy. This is my favorite CVS ❤

All if the employees are very nice. They try to help in any way they can. The pharmacists are great. Always have my scripts on time.

Nice store, always clean, well stocked and organized, and the employees are great. Only negative are the locals getting their meds. They’re a little aggressive and rude, so be careful in the parking lot.

I always find what I need at this location, and the inside of the store is neat and clean.

Simply put, they're understaffed. Pharmacies around the country are struggling because the people in charge don't want to hire enough pharmacists to actually keep the place running, so what ends up happening is the pharmacists become overworked and drained. They are less likely to provide adequate service to customers and they're mentally and emotionally suffering. It's no wonder pharmacists going on strike. They're working their hardest to answer the phone, fill prescriptions, tend to the registers, consult with customers, tend the drive-through window, and administer vaccines and COVID tests. That is a ridiculous amount of work to expect from a handful of people and customers and employees alike are suffering because of it. I hope that the employees are taking care of themselves and that they get some additional help soon.

Aside from the pharmacy, the store's products are very overpriced and it can take a while to get a cashier.
