Joe called to come give an estimate on a roof replacement and was able to work around my schedule. His estimate came in the least painful and I scheduled. The crew showed up when they were scheduled and did a very good and clean job. They stayed well after sunset to finish cleaning up. I recommend Banes for any roofing needs. The job turned out great.

I continued to put off replacing my roof since I didn’t have any leaks, but it was starting to become unsightly. I found that Banes roofing offered by far the best product with the best warranty and the best reviews of the contractors I sought after for bids. Finished job was perfect. I was also impressed, particularly by the care they took of my shrubs, cameras, and other outside items. The cleanup was meticulous, as opposed to some of my neighbors who had had their
roof ‘s done by other contractors, and found roofing nails in their driveways and yards days after the job was done. Their salesman David, lived up to every promise made about what I could expect when they showed up to do the job and when finished. I would have given them more stars if there was a space for it!

From the sales staff, Joe Scardino, to the office staff, and the crews that worked on our house, we received prompt and respectful responses and quality attention to detail. The work crews for roofing, siding and gutters worked incredibly hard and left our house and property in excellent condition. We have already recommended them to friends.

We had talked to three companies to do our house and garage re-roof. One was cheaper but didn't seem professional, another was professional but more expensive and seemed disinterested. We chose Banes and Joe was there to explain the pricing, options and process. We wanted a few unusual additions to the basic re-roofing and he was accommodating. Pricing was not cheapest, but middle of the pack. Communication was very good and when they showed up on the scheduled day and time, it was nothing but production that continued for two straight days. Dumpster, labor, tools, equipment, materials all arrived one day and were gone the next and the ground was cleaned up. We recommend based on trustworthiness, execution and professionalism.

Banes Roofing did a great job with a window leaking in water. I didn’t know who to call when heavy rain was causing water to come in a window and I’m very happy I called Banes. The price was excellent, assessed the issue and fixed it quickly. Heavy rains have occurred after the fix and it made me so happy to see my wall staying dry.
