Mark is awesome! I have a stripped T55 torx screw under my Rivian R1T truck, torque to 80 lbs and I couldn't get it out. Two other shops weren't helpful. But Mark took a quick look and said "I'll take care of it for you, it's easy!!" When that happens, you know he is customer service oriented and he know his stuffs. He took the screw out in less than 5 minutes and wasn't even going to charge me!! I am a return customer with my two other cars for sure, they are not electric, so Mark is my go to guy now.

I am so grateful that I found this place to take my car for a last minute flat tire emergency. The workers here are so kind and genuine and will take such good care of your car. This place will not over charge you like chain/retail tire locations. They always do such an amazing job and now I feel like I can’t go anywhere else!!! Great place great people

By far the best shop in the area! Always excellent work and customer service! All of the guys there are extremely helpful and great at what they do. They’re always honest and get the job done right. I don’t take my car anywhere else.

Outstanding customer service and craftmanship. Mark is an exemplary small business owner. The gentlemen in the shop take great pride in their work and treat the vehicles they service as if their own children will be passengers. Offering every service for most vehicles, they will repair what is necessary with honesty and integrity. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and the fish are a great distraction for the kids.

Hinks was literally the best experience at a mechanic I have ever had. I didn’t feel like a “girl with a car” like most places make me feel. They were super patient with all my phone calls and questions. The owner is truly awesome and I got back my car feeling next to brand new and I’ll never go anywhere else! My car needed a lot more work than anticipated and they still had it done in less than 2 days. 5 stars is not enough.

Mark was straight and specific about what needed to be done to get my older BMW 325 in good working order. Eric performed the work and kept me up to speed as the repairs progressed. It’s an honest shop with fair prices that does excellent work. I’m very happy with the work, price and speed it was performed.

Hink's is probably the most competent auto repair shop in Montgomery County. Mark has every tool you could imagine and those tools translate to faster times out the door with more reliable results. His crew, especially Eric, are friendly and communicative throughout the entire process and don't leave you in the dark while they get things done. Expect your repairs to be done quickly and at a quality price.

My alternator broke while on the road and my battery was drained to almost empty. Luckily, I saw Hink's Garage and quickly pulled in. They said they would be able to diagnose it and fix it all in one day. Sure enough, they were able to fix it and charged the battery by early afternoon. I couldn't have asked for better service.

This garage is a great pace to go to. The guys are very knowledgeable and humorous. Their cost is very reasonable and they will go above and beyond to rectify the issue. I took all my cars there and very happy with results.

I would definitely recommend this garage for everyone regardless of what you drive. You will be very satisfied.

At first I needed somewhere close to work for oil changes, but now I will not take my car anywhere else. The mechanics at Hink’s are reliable, professional, and overall great people. They do quality work and I never feel like I am getting ripped off. I cannot recommend them enough!

Hink's Garage is definitely the best in the area!! Mark and Jeff have helped me with my car on many different issues. Never jerked my arm, even though many auto body shops would have knowing they were dealing with a young women. Very honest and do amazing work. Both genuine good men, would highly recommend to anyone. 5 stars is definitely not even close to what they deserve!!

Hink, Gee, and Erik are all wonderful mechanics to trust! Today I dropped off my wife's car for inspection before they opened, and they had it finished before I was done work at 2pm. I also bring MY car to them for all my auto needs. They are professionals who make you feel comfortable and they are great at explaining any problems you may have. Really a great shop, always do the work they promise at a great price, and always stand behind their work 100%. I've taken a few cars to them, gotten various work done from brakes, tires, exhaust, to inspection/emissions, and always done right and 100% professional. Tough to find an honest shop, been to several, but always go back to Hink's when something is needed.

Honest assessment, well done work at a reasonable price. It is great to have a shop that will tell you the truth and not try to overcharge you! I even send my daughter over with her own vehicle because I know she will be respected and taken care of... not taken advantage of. At the end of the day... we will be Hink's customers for a long time!

I won't take my car to any other garage!! These guys are not only honest, there nice and very reasonable. In the past I've taken my car to be inspected, and I always felt like they make up things wrong with my car, just because I'm I women. Not anymore, these guys are reasonable, trustworthy, and do great work... my new garage. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Called around 7 other shops to get pricing on exhaust install. Instead of running the process through their system to generate a labor rate like everyone else, they were honest and told me a realistic number based on experience. The job was a simple bolt on procedure and they were cool enough to not go through the bull of what it would take to do it. They were the cheapest by far and called me 2 hours after I dropped it off. Very happy with the guys at this shop.

This is an awesome shop with fair prices and personal service. Mark is fantastic-he went above and beyond when my passenger window's motor broke and the window wouldn't go up. He didn't find anything on my state inspection (like some places always seem to), and they were able to fix an issue with my tire leaking that a chain place missed three separate times. This is definitely my new shop!

So I now have a new auto repair home🙂 I needed a new tire reasonably priced and an appointment immediately so that I could make a 1-off required drive to my office. Hink's came through on the "clutch." They're now stuck with me- but it's going be a beautiful relationship! 😁
