I will never go anywhere else! The staff is always welcoming and knowledgeable. I had purchased this antique ring and the band broke. There were parts that were worn. Jewelry designs did an incredible job remaking and improving the ring. I love it. The details are impeccable. I was kept up to date at each stage of the process. Beautiful and outstanding work.

The team goes above and beyond, and for me, once effortlessly sourcing that perfectly carved black pearl to be the centerpiece of a necklace designed to match earrings purchased the previous year. My experiences at Jewelry Design are always incredible. I would never go anywhere else with my own stones, or to buy new. The entire staff is so knowledgeable and talented, it is worth the trip from anywhere!

If I could give extra stars, I would. The staff was so incredibly helpful in designing my future husbands wedding band, and it came out EXACTLY how I envisioned it! They communicated incredibly well and regularly throughout the entire process, including double checking on some design option I hadn't specified, but did end up wanting! The turn around time was also very impressive. I couldn't recommend this buisness more!

Gary was very helpful in taking care of a what would be considered a nuisance repair for most jewelers. The ring on the top of a miniature prayer wheel that I wear everyday had worn out and had to be fixed. I can’t think of any other place that could do this type of repair on the spot which makes Jewelry Design a unique place. As usual, the customer service was prompt, courteous and professional. I also purchased a birthstone pendant for my wife while I waited which proved what smart business owners already know - exceptional customer service doesn’t only benefit the customer. I highly recommend Gary and the team at Jewelry Design.

I could not have been any more impressed with Jewelry Designs staff and talented craftsmen. I asked them to take a piece of costume jewelry that contained Swarovski crystals and recreate it in white gold. It was a challenging task, that turned out absolutely stunning!!!!! Cannot thank Gary at Jewelry Designs enough for helping with a custom necklace as a gift for my wife. When we got married Gary helped me with the engagement ring and also our wedding bands. We recently had our first baby and for my wife’s birthday I wanted to give her a special gift and knew Jewelry Designs would be the place to go with my idea. I brought in a photo of our daughter’s favorite toy and Gary helped design an absolutely beautiful necklace of the toy and our daughter’s name. The necklace turned out absolutely perfect. They were able to capture the cuteness of the toy and make it into an incredibly adorable and elegant piece of jewelry that can be worn every day. l have worked with Jewelry Designs several times. They are my "go to" for creativity. They made my husband's and my wedding bands (each individual and nothing I'd seen before). They've repaired inherited pieces for me. And most recently helped me create a necklace mounting (bale) for my, recently deceased, husband's ring.

I recently purchase a bracelet from Gary and had the most amazing experience. Very easy to work with, knowledgeable and friendly. He genuinely care about the client and their purchase. I can’t say enough about him and will definitely work with him on future purchases.

I am very particular when it comes to jewelry and this place knows how to deliver. Our first visit was to create a full eternity band, using halo set diamonds. I had seen a photo in a magazine and theirs came out better than the picture! Gary helped us get the ring just right, and Bob had it ready for us at 5 pm on Christmas Eve. What rock stars!

Since I wear it daily I have knocked out my share of stones, which they have regularly replaced while I wait. The service is unmatched. Gary is an absolute dream to work with and genuinely wants you to be thrilled with your purchase. We have never felt pressured which is such a refreshing way to do business. The staff at Jewelry Designs are exceptional!! I trust the whole heartedly and would not go to anywhere else. I appreciate the personal experience and how they make almost all of their products in the workshop the guests can see as they come and leave the showroom. Why would anyone want to have their most valuable jewelry shipped out to God know where and repaired by any unknown person? We’ve been customers for many years and always got treated the same way by each of their amazing staff.

Richard and all the staff were very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The store was so much fun to walk through. I wasn't expecting what I saw when we first walked in. Very interesting! A very special and wonderful jewelry store. I had my mother's gold chain melted down and made into several pieces of beautiful jewelry. I got so much help and the work was done very fast. The employees are all so nice. I couldn't be happier!

My experience with Nancy along with every one at JD has been very professional and fun! They repaired my wedding set while I waited with Nancy who helped me decide on my next purchase for my sons wedding in September. We decided on a custom piece to be designed with stones my father gifted me from travels to Alaska and Thailand. They even polished my “promise” ring while I waited. I only take my precious jewelry to JD. They are the best!!
