I want to say this macys has amazing customer service. Every associate was so welcoming and attempted especially Jay from the mac counter He was so nice and knew exactly what I needed and answered all of my questions, I will definitely be coming back for more make up tips from him . Excellent customer service 👏

Antonia, the fragrance manager, is fantastic and very friendly in regards to knowing her product and producing sales. Whenever I want a new fragrance I head over to macys first! The managers Helen, Ledi, Julie, Ricky, are all very stand up leaders who truly care about the shopping experience for the customer and the associates. 10/10 place to shop.

Amazing experience. Went in to get a chain for my mom for birthday present that I had purchased. The woman at the jewelry counter was an absolute joy to work with an such a sweetheart. She had so much patience with me making sure that the chain was the perfect one to match the gift I had bought my mom. Kudos to her (wish I remembered her name) for being such an amazing person to work with. Definitely worth the wait.

Best second hand store ever. Better than Filenes and lord and Taylor which was just sold again. Prices are way too high. Great cosmetics and colognes and perfumes. Not well known home goods and furnishings are amazing. Get what you pay for

Lucy was amazing!!! The store was about to close and she went above and beyond in trying to find a pair of jeans in my size that wasn't on the rack... She went as far as to check in the stock room and a few racks that consisted of a jumbled mess of holiday returns... Even though they ended up not having my size I was extremely appreciative of her efforts... Thanks Lucy🙂... Please give this girl a raise!!!

Woman at the MAC counter was incredibly helpful. She compared a few products on my skin and when they didn't have my color she gave me a tester to hold me over until I could get to another store-she even looked up which ones had it. Big thumbs up!
