Target

The Target drive up pick up here is awesome. I believe they have a new system in place where the orders are being brought outside under a tent, right next to the drive up parking spots. Their system used to be inefficient and used to take several minutes. Now, you’re driving into your spot and your order is being handed to you within seconds. No exaggeration necessary. The drive up staff have been awesome. Victoria and Azeus are always great and efficient with the drive up. Too bad there is no survey or feedback area on Target’s site. These staff members deserve to be recognized.

There is always something interesting there, and always a great selection. I was able to find something to surprise my dad with. 🙂

So happy with the customer service at Target in Trumbull Mall. Here it is mid-October and I had not purchased my traditional full size candy bars for Halloween, especially the Skittles/Starburst candy. I went to several stores including Walmart and was unable to find any. Suddenly it dawned on me to go online for candy, but the reviews about receiving melted candy deterred me from having my order shipped. I then saw an online Target candy Ad and went on Target's webpage and Voila! I was fortunate to find a nearby Target that had a limited amount of candy boxes available at a reasonable price. I immediately put a box of each of my favorite candy bars in the online cart for pick up the next day. Upon check out there was a 20% discount offer if I joined "Target Circle," of course I joined. Then my points from my credit card were also accepted on the Target check out page and I saved even more, aprx $20 off in total!!! Once checked out, I received an email confirmation of my order and shortly thereafter another email stating my order was ready to pick up the next day. What a convenient way to shop. Next day I ran down to the Target store, dreading the Friday Lunch rush, but no problem. I was about to go to the in-store Kiosk, when an Associate said he would gladly help me with my order. I provided the Bar Code from the email via my phone, and he promptly had my info, confirmed it was me picking up, and within seconds I had my order in hand. Now I can relax and not worry about not having my traditional full size candy bars for the Trick or Treaters on Halloween.
Thank you Target for keeping up with modern technology making it convenient to shop online and hats off to the Associates who make things runs smoothly. Very Satisfied.

I absolutely love the drive up feature that Target offers! It allows you to shop from the convenience of your own home and pick up your purchase in two hours and sometimes even sooner! They have a well organized system designed to make the process hassle free and easy. It’s a secure and safe way to shop that allows you to literally grab and go by using their App to inform of your arrival. Upon arrival you park in a designated spot reserved for store pick up and someone brings your items to you which are stored outside once you have indicated on the App that you’re a few minutes away. This is also a big advantage with the recent construction at the Trumbull site that has significantly reduced the availability of parking spots in the general lot. This option is quick and easy and bypasses the hassle of trying to find limited parking.

All good, but parking lot outside store is closed for construction (repairs?), so you have to walk through the mall to get in.

I live close by and have been going here for years, the staff is always helpful and available. It’s also a pretty clean store too. I had a good experience with Yuli today, she was super friendly.

Always clean store and restrooms. Everything I need weekly. Nice employees. My go to store!

I’ve been to this Target location numerous times but had my best experience yet last time in. I had been looking for a certain item for months at other Target locations but had no luck. This trip the Team Lead Joe was able to assist me in finding this item and I could not get over how friendly he was. After getting the item, I once again witnessed Joe giving assistance to an associate with a smile on his face. This may be the best experience I’ve had with a team leader. Will be coming back again soon. Thank you!

Traveling from out of state and never had a better experience at target than this one due to a teammate. I believe her name was Claudia and she was so kind!! Was shopping for home-y items for my mother in law and she was sweet enough to show me around, answer questions, and even recommend products to me! Not sure what position she works but definitely give her a raise!

Really cool bathrooms tbh. This dude Stan works there... Lil odd but he cleans bathroom like a God. We call em Mr. Kleen. You could eat off Stan's bathroom floors though the manager Sharon doesn't allow it... She's a lil mean but I still love her ❤

The representative who handled our return was polite and managed our concern quickly and efficiently. We had to return two identical items and get a refund for a third that the cashier had incorrectly rung up without our noticing.

BEST prices on soooooooooooooooooooooooooo MUCH, which thus far is cheaper than grocery stores... I walk up and down Target aisles and find everything I am looking for, with a even better variety and options, whereas you go to the grocery stores, i.e., S&S, Shoprite, Big Y, etc., the shelves are rarely, if ever now, fully stocked and much less variety and the prices... mon Dieu!!!! Target is far much better!!!!

Elise Caluori was the tech clerk who sold me this phone. I have never had anyone who was as determined to satisfy a customer as she was. Very dedicated to her role in the department. Very patient, kind, and happy to help a senior citizen who know very little about IPhones. She offered for me to come back the following day so my ICloud could be installed. She is an asset to Target.

The item I purchased was for my nephew and I could not be there to pick it up. I loved the option for Alternate pick up person!! It went so smoothly and my nephew was able to pick up the sofa within a hour from ordering the item. Love it!!

I will recommend Target because of their service and consistency of the service delivery. The drive up service introduced this spring had some hiccups in the beginning and now its the best thing. For anyone who knows what they need and/or making a bulk purchase and don't want to stand in line, this is the best service.
