Eggs & Co.

During our first visit to Egg & Co, the entire family enjoyed our meal. As my son has an egg allergy, the restaurant ensured that his chicken tenders were egg-free, which he loved. Additionally, the pancakes were amazing.

First time here and will definitely be back. Great breakfast menu with a variety of items to order and everything we had was delicious.

This is a great restaurant with a perfect location about 5 minutes off of I-84 and right on Rte. 25. The Chipotle Egg Sandwich was a unique treat for breakfast. This place is a hidden gem that should be more well known than it is. The conversation with the owner is friendly and humorous. The atmosphere is "small town chic" with many seats. I don't know why they aren't famous. Well done!

Okay, easy review. Best salad of 2023 for me! Chicken salad (made fresh daily) over lettuce, pepper's, kalamata olives, cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes.. all fresh. I split this and had half for lunch and half for dinner. So good. I can't wait to be back.

I come here regularly because it is so clean, fresh and delicious. Make sure you visit if ever in the Newtown area.

I’ve been meaning to write this review! I went 11/19/23 after church with my boyfriend. We randomly chose this place and we were gladly surprised.

Food was served fast and hot. This is a no frills place but the service was fantastic.

The owner was such a character in the best way. Our conversation was a great reminder of how humility is still present in our society. Not only did we leave with full bellies, we left with his blessing. Very cute experience.

I come all the way from Maryland just for these pancakes! There always so light and fluffy! Not to mention the staff especially John is so kind and funny and he made me feel like I was his friend! The place was so clean and had an amazing atmosphere! If you’re driving through Newtown it is a must to stop!

I stopped in town after a long drive and found Eggs & Co. quietly nested in the shopping center. The dining room is large and bright, the bathroom was very clean.
The owners were so welcoming and gracious - and served me up the biggest and the most delicious eggplant parm hero I’ve ever had. The seeded roll was the perfect balance of crispy and pillowy, sauce was aromatic, topped with the stretchy salty fresh mozzarella. It could have easily been three meals but I wolfed down a half and took the rest to go.
Looking forward to coming back.

Went for breakfast today with my mom(my son suggested to go there when I asked, mmm! Where to go?) owners were so nice and the food OMG! It was delightful 😋 coffe was HOT and fresh ! SO yummy! Highly recommend!

I chose this place to kick off our team field trip with breakfast and we were delighted with everything. Mark and John were fantastic hosts and the food was AMAZING! Best avocado BLT in the whole wide world and the cinnamon bun was outstanding. Comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I read all the reviews about this place and decided to check it out myself. Guy was very courteous and he had his mask on. He was very welcoming and even gave me a sample of the gyro, extremely delicious. I'd recommend for anyone to stop by and check this place out.

Great place!!! Atmosphere is great and clean, food is amazing and service is 10/10! John is the best! Absolutely recommend this place.

Expansive menu, order at the counter and your meal will be brought to your table. Everything that we ordered (and there were seven of us) was delicious. We were there at 11:00 on a Sunday morning and so the place was pretty crowded. One person took orders at the counter, delivered food to your table and bussed tables. Another person cooked. Just two people to handle the crowd. However he was quite pleasant and personable. As you might expect, under the circumstances, it took a good deal of time before your order arrived. We did have to be anywhere so that was ok. So while I strongly recommend Eggs & Co, just make sure you have plenty of time.

I had the Greek breakfast sandwich- wheat toast, egg, spinach, avocado, Greek olives- yum! The olives gave it saltiness without bacon! Good coffee too!

We were greeted by the cashier and then the owner, John, who coincidentally shares the same name as the man I was on a date with! Him and I both totally loved the breakfast wraps we ordered on Sept. 30th. I also had a blueberry muffin and an açaí smoothie. Flavorful, fresh ingredients that combined well. Only negative was that the wraps were greasy. The owner and my date bonded over the current struggles of the food industry.
Eggs & Company had lovely, egg-themed décor with walls painted light browns and sandy white. There was a section of wall dedicated to the branches of the US military and the local police departments. I really hope they stay in operation until the next time I’m in the area. 🍀

In light of reading the other reviews, I am getting no compensation from this business for writing a review. The owner seemed like he had some rough edges and maybe that’s what you all experienced. When we went, the staff was friendly and made us feel at home.

This diner is underrated. The owner is a character, for sure. But reviewers accusing him of being a bad man are guilty of the things they claim that he is guilty of. He runs a nice diner. He is colorful and he is opinionated. So what? The food is very good. The place is spotless. The service is fine.
In a big diner he would be in back, hidden from view and everyone would be complimenting the food & service. Here, people want to bring his business down because he talks to them, and they don’t like what he says. Get over it. We can all get along.

Another first for me I've driven by a number of times and felt like I was rushing to get to work but not today I had this visit on my mind and was determined to go and sure enough the min I walked in the restaurant I felt good about it and John the owner/chef what a great guy no kidding he made me this bacon egg n cheese sandwich that was out of bounds delicious everything and the flavors of coffee he has!! If you have time and you are in the mood for something better not different then your usual please drop in and see him you won't be disappointed.

I had a late breakfast here today. Got their egg benedict with bacon, tomato and potato. It was very tastefull, needed no pepper or salt. Some fruit for the contrast, smart. Liked their coffee to, had a nice kick. Friendly people, and plenty of tables. Recommend to drop by, good and big enough menu to find something you like.

Biscuits were a little stale with the biscuits and gravy, great service, everything else was fantastic.
