Botticelli Plumbing & Heating

We used Botticelli plumbing for our kitchen remodel last year and were very impressed with them. Christine, Bruce and Chris could not have been nicer to work with. Anyone who’s done a major remodel knows what a headache it can be dealing with multiple contractors but we hit the jackpot. Chris is one hard working young man and he doesn’t mess around. He gets to the job on time and gets right to it. Recently we had a recurring shower leaking problem with water seeping into the ceiling below. Chris came right out and looked at all the possible issues and solved the problem that three other plumbers never even looked for. Problem solvers are our kind of people! We cannot recommend Botticelli highly enough and we will continue to call on them when the hidden joys of homeownership rear their head again. Because they will.

What an AMAZING SERVICE job that was done by Chris Botticelli. He went ABOVE and beyond what we asked and was so professional and knowledgeable of his craft. His ability to troubleshoot and constantly find different ways to solve a problem when a problem arose was incredible to see! Definitely recommend Chris, Installed a dishwasher, and helped with toilet repair and shower repair issues! Good guy, I’m a Botticelli believer now.

We woke up on a Sunday to water streaming from the ceiling in one bedroom, and the kitchen flooded with water upstairs! Jose from Botticelli Plumbing came out quickly (on a weekend!) to assess and fix the problem (a leaking refrigerator coupling) in no time at all. We know nothing about water valves, and Jose patiently explained where our main water valve was and how to turn it on/off (in case of problems next time), in addition to also giving us an estimate on a future plumbing-related project. FANTASTIC demeanor--he kept calm while our entire family was freaking out--gave helpful advice, was quick, super friendly, and very patient! We can't wait to have Jose back!!

We just had Jose and Mundo come this am to fix some leaking faucets outside and replace some valves inside. They were both very professional and arrived at the time the office told me they would be here. Explained everything in detail that was needed to be done with costs involved and was able to complete the job in a timely manner. Showed me the work that was done afterwards and I'm extremely happy with Jose and Mundo's service today and Botticelli's in general. What a great team to be able to count on! Another extremely satisfied customer!

Replacing the plumbing pipes, connections under the kitchen was done expertly and neatly. The area where the work was done was left neat and clean -- both in the kitchen and the bathroom. I couldn't have been more pleased. Tho' the work was planned for 6 hours, it was completed in a shorter amount of time, thus allowing me to leave and complete my own errands.

I just moved in from NYC and knew nothing about water heaters and wells. Jose helped me tremendously. He fixed my problem and simplified things so I can gain a greater understanding. He was extremely knowledgeable and covered all areas making me feel secure in my home. Will definitely use these guys again and will request Jose.

Jose did a great job explaining the issues and how he troubleshot the problem and walked me through his thought process. The main office picked up my call right away, had the team swing by within 3 hours and work was done that day which was impressive.

I had a leaking shower above the kitchen (water dripping through a ceiling light) and was unsure as to the cause. After eliminating the caulking around the stall it had to be either the supply side or drain side plumbing, either of which would involve ripping open panels of sheetrock including the kitchen ceiling. But before Joe from Bottichelli started sawing away he spent some time looking carefully behind the shower control as well as at the floor drain, which I'm extremely thankful for. He suspected the seal around the plastic drain and had a special tool to take it out, then set out to 5 different supply companies to find a replacement. So far so good, no leaks yet.
I really appreciate Joe's experience and problem-solving approach. He approached the issue like it was his own home. Removing sheetrock would have been a major hassle and cost for me to repair and he saved that option only as a last resort.

Had to replace shut-off valve in the kitchen. The good first: Workmen arrived on time and completed the job well in about 30 minutes. The terrible was that I had explained in detail what had to be done when ordering the work but the plumbers arrived without the valves. The two men went shopping for over one hour making the repair too expensive. I'd never go back to this plumber - sorry.

Called on monday to have a plumber come take a look at the stains on my ceiling figuring it would be something bad like a busted pipesomewhere. I was told there would be a $69 fee for the diagnostic which I understand. Jose apparently came and was nice to my girlfiend and explained the different issues happening with the water heater and the sinks. However, going back to the ceiling stains that is underneath the 2nd floor toilet. my girlfriend told me the techs toof off the toilet replaced the wax ring and put back the toilet. They then proceeded to test to see if the leak persisted with toilet paper and it was still leaking at which point she was told its an issue with the toilet and not the wax ring.fine I understand that. Well... I was charged $125 for a wax ring and a tp test. My total charge for the call was $194 and I still have the problem. These guys have to make their money somehow and I understand it a business however $194 gor 45 minutes of work seems extreme to not even have a small temporary fix.. but not all is bad ,Jose did flip the outlet for the dishwasher which wasnt working . Espensive lesson. I will not be using these guys again.
