Fern was incredibly helpful, friendly, and informative! She asked me questions about what I wanted and was able to match me with the perfect shade. Very personable and fun! The store also was very clean and welcoming.

I don't wear makeup at all just a little Concealer on a certain part of my face so I was looking for something that would blend in perfectly with my skin tone and the ladies at this shop are amazing and helped me so much I will definitely be shopping here for my Matte lipstick and concealers from now on

Its pretty decent though busy at times, you shouldn't be in a haste when going in there Friday -Sunday though lol its busy .But the staffs who attended to me when I ever needed assistance were great to me. I think if you know what you want, makes your shopping experience easier though.

This was my first time in this store.I went to by some make up and the store was very huge and clean.the products were stocked and the person who waited on us was very helpful and polite.I would recommend this store to family and friends.I will be shopping there again.

Such a great location, I spent way too much because, thanks to the very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I found everything I was looking for. I'm vegan and and very particular and even I got what I needed. If you get the chance to work with Christina, know you are in great hands! She went above and beyond trying to find my perfect vegan shade on a super busy day. Even came back to find me after I had given up. Ended up with 3 gorgeous lip colors among other goodies. Thanks so much!

Best Experience Ever
On the day of my bridal shower my make up artist was a no-show. I called my local Sephora in tears before they were even open, and they managed to squeeze me in for a beauty service. My make up artist Billie was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and literally saved the day. She did a full face of make up on me, and it looked amazing. Sephora literally went the extra mile to help me and everyone at my bridal shower was incredibly impressed with how amazing the make up looked.

Had exactly what I needed for a great price. Still waiting on Selena's new highligher line. The customer service was outstanding.

Went into Sephora just to browse, it’s been awhile since i’ve gone makeup shopping so just wanted to see what was new not planning to buy anything. I saw the Fenty Beauty foundation and needed a color match to see what shade because it’s been so long since I had one done, and I got the honor of being helped Brittany who was so super sweet and nice, helping me in every way she could! She was so great, very personable and felt like I was talking to someone i’ve been friends with for years! I hope Sephora appreciates the heck out of her because she’s a perfect employee!!💖

This location at Trumbull mall is best. Service was very good. The girl that working there showed me everything I needed. Also I think it’s better place to come to shop make up especially after MAC introduced policy in which they are not allowed to show how products looks on the skin. Not even on you hand or Their hand and can’t even use one time use stick to get some product and show how it looks. How would you buy foundation w/o matching your skin tone. But well back to Sephora, wide selection, friendly staff, lots of discounts.

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. David went above and beyond to help me find the products I was looking for. As a first time make-up buyer, he made me feel really comfortable.. He did a wonderful job with matching my skin tone. If you ever come to this Sephora, ask for David..

All the employees are ALWAYS super nice, and very helpful! This store is the most worth-while one in this so-called mall. I do not understand these negative reviews at all. A shopping experience is not just about the one day you go there and they are out of this or that! When things are in high demand they go quick! Every time I have been there they are stocked!

The store was beautiful and the service was great ask for Becka she was so much help and i will be coming here much more often.She gave me some tips and tricks and knew the answers ,for all my question's the store it's self I had never really had a.Good experience there,and It made me not want to go due that if I could given her 100 stars I would.

There are two Sephoras in this mall. I started in The Sephora in JC Penny's ..they were awesome..even checking every product I bought for damage. I always like the feel of the JCP Sephoras..they are so friendly and helpful. I finished up at the stand alone Sephora in the mall. While none of the employees really approached me..when I needed help they were great. So I can't say anything bad about either store. I also went to Mac in Macy's and had a great experience. I'm from Florida but expect to come back here next year. Looking forward to it. 👍

Not well stocked , they don't have enough palettes and every time I go they encourage you to buy them online . No , I don't want to do that since I'm already at the store. (I rather get it the same day than wait for it at home).
