For my first visit in this state, not too shabby. Closing training procedures for staff could maybe use a brush up though. I have only seen today, too. Very nice over all and felt like my home gym. Something for everyone. In a very convenient location for me too. Maybe relocate to Dorset St in the far future?

One of the best gyms to get a membership with. They're cheaper than the local gyms and offer a lot of perks with it too. They have a lot of cardio equipment and machines to work on muscles on top of their selection of weights. It can get busy, but everyone including the guests are super friendly. My only downside is no Stair Master machine but it's a personal preference.

I have been coming here for years. I always appreciate the environment & enthusiasm. I recently I went in a snow storm and got stuck. Well the assistant manager on duty (Alexis) wouldnt let that happen. She walked me to my car.. shoveling a path for me. Then she continued to shovel me out!! All with a glamorous and warming smile. In an industry where customer service is limited, I give this gym a solid 5.

I've been going to this location for about 3 years and it has met my needs. The staff are friendly and helpful. Being open late on the weekends is a big plus since I work non traditional hours. It has also been easy to freeze and cancel my membership when needed. I couldn't care less about having to work out with a mask on. I'm not sure why they haven't changed the rule but it doesn't bother me. For the price, it's worth it. If you are looking for a gym with lots of extra amenities, I would suggest going to a different more expensive gym.

This gym has changed management in the last several months, so some of the negative reviews no longer apply. This gym really is a great fit for me. I usually go mid afternoon, so I probably miss the busiest times, but I have never waited for a cardio machine- there have always been several open. Sometimes I need to adjust my (obscessive compulsive) order of machine use, but I've always been able to go back and finish my workout without waiting around. It has always been spotlessly clean, including the ladies' locker room, which is of adequate size when I'm there. They do ask everyone to wipe down equipment after each use, which you get used to quickly. If you think about it, having the last person's flu and cold germs removed is well worth having to remove your own. The staff also cleans the equipment throughout the day. The staff is friendly and welcoming, although there there doesn't appear to be a trainer on sight at the moment. There is a wide selection of patrons, some younger people there to socialize as well as workout, the hardcore heavy lifters, women in pretty clothes and make-up, and plenty of people like me, aging, overweight weaklings in baggy tights and old tee shirts. I have never felt intimidated or unwelcome. It is also amazingly inexpensive and in a good " miss the traffic" location. I briefly tried the edge and felt like the ugly stepsister, and I used to go to the Y, which was a bit grubby and hard to get to and even harder to find parking. If you don't need a pool or classes, this is the best choice. It is a clear upgrade for a lower price.

I had been searching EVERYWHERE for a GOOD place to tan in the Burlington area...the places were waaayyyyyy too expensive and the beds were not hot enough. A co-worker of mine suggested Planet Fitness! Duh!! I totally forgot about them, used them back home for a bit. What a great deal!! You can tan every day AND workout for $25/month....can't beat the price and the beds are freaking awesome!! Very happy camper lol

My wife and I have been members for over a year now, and we have ZERO complaints! The staff is always friendly and accommodating; there is plenty of equipment to use, outside of the end of day (4 to 7 pm) rush hour during wintertime; the equipment is kept clean and sparkly; and you can't beat the price! Now the men's room is a bit small, and can be a hassle during those winter peak hours, but hey, it's not Caesar's Palace, am I right? Kudos to Shawna and staff!

It's really clean and pretty nonjudgmental. Been going for the past few weeks and I go in the afternoons, it can get quite busy and you quickly realize it isn't that large of a place. However, they fit tons of different machines and equipment in so you can work out whatever you want. I know they have tanning beds and massage chairs but I've never been in there.

Great equipment, lots to do, clean. I use PFs all over the country. Love them.

Love to work out here. I go about 3-4times a week. the manager and staff are great and the place is always clean and I feel very welcome. Lots of solid machines to use.

I had little concern regarding cleanliness of rubber mats in front of men's showers. I shared it with on site manager as well as assistant manager. Same day assistant manager, Alex, went in there and took care of it. That was not easy task to do. I am very happy with result. I hope night crew cleaners keep that area clean from now. Thank you Alex, you are amazing!!!

The only gym I've ever been to without time limits on equipment. A low monthly cost gives you access to a clean inviting well stocked gym with extras such as tanning and massage chairs available too. Rows and rows of cardio equipment so you never have to wait long or at all. Weights can get a little crowded during peak times but open 24/7 so you can go whenever it works for you. The Black Card membership is the best deal giving you access to any of their clubs and the ability to bring a friend to help stay motivated or motivate them to join as well.

The staff would go out of ther way to help you. Excellent!!! costumer service.

They have all the necessary equipment for a great workout. Plenty of room, always very clean, pleasant atmosphere. Staff is well versed in assisting the members!

Joined recently and they have lots of equipment I don't have room for or can afford.

I'm black card member and there's lots of perks for very little a month.

They have leg,lats,ab and cardio machines that are worth their weight in gold.😁

This planet fit has a steady flow of people working out, it’s always clean and the staff is always friendly

It has a cheap membership and it tries to keep dildos like Rob Golden and Eleonai Israel out. I don't want to see idiots on their phones when working out and if you need to be on the phone then you don't need to be working out.

Also, there is a really hot redhead who works out here. I'd love to smash her.

It’s small and a bit tight on space, but there’s enough equipment and a small enough group of frequent gym-goers that I very rarely have to wait to use anything. Seems like a cardio-heavy group, weights are almost always open. It’s enough, and for me, that’s all I need in a gym, not a luxury service

Can always get a nice workout there at the South Burlington one.
Never over crowded

Clean! Which is my #1 priority. But other than that it is an average gym. No one knows you and no one cares. Everyone here minds their own business making working out very enjoyable
