Jonathan B. Came out to fix our cracked main Drain. He was very knowledgeable in getting this problem resolved. We could tell that he is highly skilled in his trade and that he takes great pride in his work.

Jonathan B was very helpful in educating me on my burst pipe which flooded my basement. He took the time to suggest alt options and price points. Jon suggested a shut off valve where there never was one, and explained the benefits. Jon was VERY friendly and courteous. I Highly recommend Rick’s Plumbing and ask for Jon.

Jonathan B was great! He came to my house on time and worked on problem the same day. He’s very knowledgeable and efficient, but most of all he is very polite, friendly and professional. Joe and Brandon installed a new tankless hot water heater and boiler. They were both very professional and did an exceptional install. Once they were done they cleaned up like there was never any work done. Highly recommend Joe and Brandon, Jay, and the rest of the crew at Rick’s Plumbing.

Lee B. was incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. He clearly has significant experience and skills. We had a leaking drain pipe. He diagnosed the problem, came up with a solution, quoted a fair price, and had it fixed in no time. He did exceptionally quality work, triple checked for leaks before leaving, and cleaned up after the work was complete. Time from request to appointment was also very good. We would definitely utilize Rick's Plumbing Service and request Lee B. for future plumbing needs.

From the moment I spoke to Vicky, my experience was outstanding. She was kind, professional, and carefully listened to my description of the problem. She then placed Johnathan B, a licensed plumber on the line to acquire additional details of my plumbing needs. Even though he was about to finish up for the day, he drove to my town and immediately diagnosed the issues and fixed them. He is a real professional and personal gem who is so pleasant and interesting to talk to. His sense of humor is so refreshing.

Thank you to Rick’s for saving the day! When our hot water went cold on Tuesday we panicked. One call to Rick’s and we found out that we had to have our 12 year old water tank replaced. We were able to trouble shoot via phone and text before getting a new tankless Navien system. From the time Scott came out to give us a quote and talk about our options to a finished job was less than 24 hours.

Big thanks to Joe, Brandon and Dante for handling our install and a few other small projects all at once. They were on time, clean, and polite. We are so happy with our new unit and the work Rick’s team did.

Had a great experience doing the Sump pump installation. The technicians Joe & Brandon were skillful, thorough and professional. They took care of the job carefully, and they were very neat & tidy. Joe answered all my questions about the pump and how it works. Also Rick has been very helpful with my concerns as well.

Lee is the first plumber I ever used from Rick's. He was courteous, prompt and knew his stuff well. He quickly resolved my sink/dishwasher flooding and explained what happened and why. Lee knew to replace bad screws for my toilet as he attached a bidet. I am so thankful I did not try to do the work myself because with his expertise he told me I could have flooded the condo building due to possibly breaking plastic pipes! I am asking for Lee to come back to attach better hot water hosing for my bidet instead of shipping the kit back. He was friendly but did not dawdle to waste time and my fixed income money. Experience counts with Lee given he's been doing plumbing since he was 12. Lee is a great, skilled representative of Rickls Plumbing in Milford. Keep it up! Paula Lin
