I had an amazing experience here and love the way my custom hat turned out. Destiny is incredible, she worked on my hat and turned my vision to life! Not only is she friendly but the rest of the staff are great and helpful!

I went to lids at the Trumbull mall and employee dan helped me! His customer service was amazing and hw customized a had I bought and literally brought it to life. Great customer service and very helpful!!
