Cool Hand Duke's

My wife and I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to give it a try. We sat at the bar and were very happy with the beer selection and atmosphere. We ordered a pretzel and hot wings, which were very good. The service was very friendly and the food came out quickly! We wish the best for this great place and will certainly be back soon!

I love coming here. It is very convenient from my house, and no matter what I get the food is delicious. I went there on Wednesday which I found out was wing night. Boneless wings for 50 cents bone in for 69 cents. Few different varieties. They have to be ordered 10 per order. We got the honey chipotle boneless, mild bone in, and Creamy Teryaki
Boneless. All three were good, but my favorite was the honey chipotle. I would have ordered more if we weren’t getting dinner, but I wanted to enjoy one of their signature burgers. I’m not sure who names The burgers or sandwiches, but it is a mouthful. I got the Whenever possible, put on side one of Led Zeppelin IV. It is baby spinach, Gorgonzola cheese, bacon and garlic aioli. A little too much spinach, but overall great burger. Onion rings on the side were a great choice. Crispy and full of flavor. I had a few of the tater tots from my daughter. Not a huge fan of tater tots, but these were great. Only had a few until they got cold, then not so great. That’s my problem with tater tots. Overall this is a great spot. Plenty of parking out front and in the lot. Outside seating for the weather was warmer. Everything I’ve eaten here has been delicious, no issues. Sometimes the service is a little slow, I think because they are understaffed. Still not sure when I walk in if I’m supposed to sit down by myself or wait for the hostess. Other than that one minor detail, this place always gets a five star from me.

We have been here a few times over the last couple of years and service and food has always been okay at best. However this time they seem to be under new management because everything was amazing! Donna, our waitress was incredible. She was very nice and attentive the entire time. On top of this the food has improved significantly! We will definitely be back.

First time there. We got sesame hot honey and Nashville hot honey wings, dude abides burger with onion rings and beef brisket platter. We took a lot home for another meal. Everything was delicious. Service was good. I’m posting this especially because some recent posts had poor feedback about service. We had no problem. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Three different people came to our table at different times to check if we needed anything. We will go again and hope you will check it out as well.

Service is attentive without being in your face.
Love the Odd or Even Burger with any of the sides.
The wings are very good.
Love the spinach salad with grilled chicken and balsamic dressing on the side.
Jorge rocks the kitchen!
Karaoke on Friday nights is entertaining with some very talented singers.
CH Tavern (upstairs) - an awesome place to enjoy the music from the Thursday night bands. Service upstairs is good.

Always greeted when entering . They remember you like family. The atmosphere is very comfortable. Great relaxing night out . All ages. Hubby and I frequent weekly. If you want burgers, pulled pork , hotdogs, the best chili in town this is the place to go. The drinks fabulous!! Exceptional wait staff. I would give this place a five star review!!

Great atmosphere! We had drinks and appetizers. The staff brought by a free appetizer they are trying out. The owner was very kind and talked with us at our table. All the staff is very nice. Great service!

I am surprised to hear some people had a bad experience here. We went with our teenage kids and had such delicious meals and tremendous service. Our waitress was attentive, brought everything out quickly and super friendly. We will definitely be going back! If you had a bad experience give it a second chance! Might have just been a bad night!

Decided to stop here after hearing great things! Very warm and inviting atmosphere. Very clean with great decor. Burger bun wasnt soggy from any blood which was a plus! Fries were nice and crunchy. Burgers were also a great size too. Good food and atmosphere, try it out!!

Visit this restaurant on a weekly basis. Staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. Owner treats you like family. Food is always excellent. I remember going their on July 4th when most restaurants were closed in New Milford. Even though they were down on staff for the night, they still did a great job and although it took a little longer to get your food, it was still excellent. I recommend this place to all my friends.

They were super busy. Line out the door same people kept coming in asking of their tables were ready seemed like no one knew what was going on servers were all over the place the bar I think is was to close to the kitchen they had people just standing drinking and yelling. Poor servers had to like scream excuse me to get by with plates of food and drink. Same with the bussers you can see itball over the employees faces how overwhelmed they were

My family and I frequent dukes whenever we’re in the area, the atmosphere is local and homey and the food and service are always above and beyond. You can’t go wrong with what you order but my go to is the meatloaf it’s amazing!

Went for their grand opening and was extremely impressed. The detail put into this restaurant was perfect. Staff was extremely friendly and food was cooked to perfection. The Cool Hand Dukes IPA was crisp and a must try for anyone who stops by! Thank you for a great experiance we will be back soon!

Had a great time at the new dukes tavern (upstairs of cool hand dukes). Donna the bar tender made a great marg and wings different.

Great food great drinks and even better service. My waitress Emilia and I got to talking and she ended up telling me she was brand new to the restaurant. She ran the entire floor SOLO and did a amazing job!! Everything was perfect!!!
