Russ's is amazing! They charge extremely fair prices for wonderful work! I was charged the exact estimated price to fix a rear bumper dent. They didn't try to scam me into getting a new bumper since that wasn't necessary. My car looks almost brand new (the area of the dent was very tricky)!! Also, excellent customer service.

Russ was not the first place I called, but they were the first place that actually responded. One place even told me that estimates took a month, but I got one from Russ the same day in minutes. That was typical of their service.
The prices were fair with no surprises, but what impressed me most was the attention to detail- they were very thorough and the quality of the work was truly excellent. It looks like I have a brand new car sitting outside.

I went here after being in a car accident. The car accident was stressful, but they were so kind and easy to work with and helpful. My car looks brand new and I'm so incredibly grateful. They did a wonderful job and were so nice. I'd definitely recommend them. I'm glad I went there.

We took my mom's car there to fix front end damage from a garage door encounter. They gave us a quick, thorough, professional quote. Work was done on time and the car looks as good as new. Both Ray and Jeff were a pleasure to do business with. I would go there again.

Great craftsmen, they did a wonderful job.

After my car was deemed a total loss by the insurance company I decided to keep the car and have it fixed. These guys made quick work of it for a reasonable price and completed all necessary paperwork that is needed by the state for re-registering a salvage title car. I passed the state inspection on the first try and the car runs/looks great!

Excellent experience! Staff is exceptionally friendly, responsive and easy to work with. Their fees are very reasonable. And they finished the repairs in half the time other auto body shops estimated. Highly recommended.

I've followed these guys for all our auto body work for the past 20 years. I was so excited to learn that they now own their own body shop after all these years, even though now we have to travel 20+ miles :)
