I found out about Tek-1 from my brother in law who had a great experience getting tires for his Indian. I needed new tires so I stopped down. Owner is very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Got my tires ordered quickly and service done in one business day. He was great as a first time customer he gave me a little break on the service. He also did a safety check on the whole bike which was comforting to know everything checked out. I definitely recommend and will be back.

Brought my bike here to get my chain and sprockets replaced. Extremely happy with the service. The owner Mark was extremely knowledgeable and very personable! Amswered all my questions with zero judgement. I will definitely be a returning customer as well as suggesting to anyone that rides to come here for maintenance.

5 start came in on a Saturday as a walk in for a tire change. Was taken care of while I waited. He also took time to go over some concerns I had about my bike free of charge. Very honest

I had a flat rear tire on my MT-07 so I reached out to a few local motorcycle shops and TEK-1 was the most courteous and most responsive of them all. They even recommended me to check my valve stem first to see if the leak was an easy fix that I can diy myself - saving money and time. Great small business!

Mark was fantastic. Worked on my bike like he would his own. Honest and knowledgeable. Fair prices amd great work. I gave him a laundry list, and he went above and beyond. I couldn't be happier. I cam be a difficult customer, and he earned my business and respect.

Found the on google search I called told me to come right over every other place wanted 24 hours for a rebalance I don’t have time for that had my R1 tires rebalanced since the last place didn’t do such a good job owner was very informative and took the time to help me and was very respectful of my wheels which I greatly appreciate

Genuine people not trying to take your money, honest workers. The guy on the phone gave me solid advice for a quick electrical fix on the bike.

Mark took my bike in right away. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and he gave me the information that I needed so the problem wouldn’t happen again. I also asked him to help my with my timing chain to check and make sure the tensioner was all good. He took the extra time and did it for me. Very happy and would recommend his services!!!! I will be back for my motorcycle needs.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Tek-1 cycles has top notch customer service. I called Mark on a Friday afternoon to swap some tires on my bike and he got the job done. Not only did he do a great job, he handled my bike as if it was his own. He also made me aware of other minor mechanical issues on the bike. Super knowledgeable and very friendly. I’ll definitely be back.

Mark did a great job fixing my tire rapidly after I had rolled into a flat heading south through CT. He got me back on the road same day. Very fortunate to have found Tek1 Cycles and would give them my business, no problem.

just wanted to add on to the great reviews....had a slow leak on rear tire. vstar 950 ...left bike and picked up in am....quick service repair , fair price, and a personable guy....surrounding cycle shops have closed down and had to find a new dependable shop so its TEK 1 now. Next on my list, or should I say Marks list , is 2nd bike vulcan 900 clutch cable.which is frayed ...........

I've utilized Mark at Tek1 several times over the last several years. His knowledge is great and was shared with no feeling of rush nor bother. I've taken 3 bikes to his shop for a pre-purchase inspection. He has gone over every inch of the bikes and not only inspected but educated me about the different things each bike may need. I would trust Mark with any repairs or anything cycle related. Though he has never asked me for a dollar I always throw him some cash for his time as he has always delivered and twice saved me from bad purchases. Dropped off my Yamaha R1 with drivability issues on a Friday and I had the bike back the following Wednesday in perfect running condition for a fair price. Very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me I would highly recommend them!

Mark is amazing! He is very experienced, knowledgeable and informative. He worked on (and made like new!) my 2007 Suzuki Boulevard, which I could not find any experienced specialists in my area (other than the dealer) to work on.
From my 1st call, Mark completely understood what I was attempting to explain (as a very new rider/owner) was wrong with the bike sight unseen. Once he had the bike in hand, he was very good at communicating with me what my options were along the way, as I had a few issues (electrical and hardware) due to some mice deciding to make my bike a home!
When I picked up my bike, I couldn't believe that it was mine! Mark had buffed up the Chrome, fixed a couple of cosmetic things just cuz that's the kind of guy Mark is, I so appreciate everything he did to resurrect my bike and his end price was very reasonable!
I so appreciate what he did for the Suzuki, I've already discussed with him about repairing somethings on my Harley, which I was very happy to hear he works on too!

Mark the owner is an amazing person. I have been going to him for 3 years now because his knowledge and work ethic are exceptional. Not only did he help me with my old bike but when it came time to trade up to a new bike this year he was unbelievably patient and walked me through what bike I should get this time around. Mark fixed my 2011 Yamaha R1. He installed a variety of aftermarket parts, did routine maintenance, and installed new tires on my bike. He is very knowledgeable and does an extremely good job. His prices are very reasonable and his work is top notch. I will be returning to have him work on my dirt bike too. Mark is one of the best motorcycle technicians I’ve came across. Thanks again Mark!
