Greg & Tony Ouidad Salon

Came in for a Ouidad curly cut and Malibu curl treatment with Thomas and loved the whole experience! Thomas did an amazing job and made sure I knew what products he used and why, which was very much appreciated. He also ensured I was happy with the final product and got the cut I wanted. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in need of another cut :)

I have been in and out of this salon and getting Ouidad cuts for years & you know what they say, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"! Ouidad cuts are far and few in between throughout CT. Love this salon, love my stylist Nana! She is the best at cutting/taming my naturally, wild, frizzy, curly, hair! Always makes the best recommendations of products not to mention we have the best conversations! Highly encourage a visit here if no one else is getting it right or consistent!

Been coming here for years since I grew out my hair. Darlene is excellent and I am always extremely satisfied with how my hair turns out! The space is great, always clean and the entire staff is very friendly.

As a woman with very very curly hair, this place was a great find. As a black woman, finding Nana was amazing! I got a scalp scrub, clarifying treatment, deep conditioner, and trim. Nana is clearly passionate about what she does and is truly attuned to the needs of those with kinky curls and the lifelong struggle that comes with it. She made me fall in love with my hair and taught me how to work with and not against my texture. I’m looking forward to having her as my guide on my hair growth journey. I enjoyed everyone I met there from the front desk staff, support, other stylists, and even other clients. Thank you so much!

I love Michelene. I've been going to her for 12 years and she never disappoints. It's hard to find stylists who really understand curly hair. I drive 2 hours to get to Michelene and it's worth it! The staff are all friendly and helpful and the Ouidad curly hair styling products are the best!

I had a wonderful first hair cut experience today with Daianny. I had a Ouidad cut and my hair looks amazing! She took the time to explain how to style it and what products to use. Logan did a fantastic job on washing my hair and made me so relaxed. It was a little pricey but definitely worth it.

Been going to Darlene for years. Absolutely love her when i first started going to her I hated my curly hair she’s the one who taught me how embrace my curly hair. Now I love my curly hair. Darlene is a true caring person loves her job .darlene is family to me .When you walk in to Greg & Tony’s the staff makes you feel comfortable and welcoming.i love the fact that tony walks around talks to all his customers I love the fact his family works there as well. It is truly a special place . Definitely recommend

This salon was recommended by a friend. Her mom has curly hair and comes here. I had been looking for a place that could cut my hair and help me with a frizz issue I was having. Ohhhhh my Goodness!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The entire staff is wonderful & very friendly. Tony is AMAZING! It's great when you go somewhere and automatically feel welcome.
He took the time to show me how exactly how to work the area with the frizz and I walked out of that salon with my hair in it's natural state for the 1st time in my entire life. Even my daughter absolutely loved my hair!

Anastassia is so incredible and professional. She is a high class stylist and she did an incredible job with my hair. I trusted her instinct and she did exactly what I needed. She literally cut off most of my hair and I couldn’t have been more happy because she told me everything she was doing as she did it and made sure I was comfortable before moving forward. And holy sh** do I love my hair. It’s like she gave me an entirely new face to! Incredible job I’m ready to walk the runway.

She will also give you honest advice on coloring and highlights and not push you into anything that won’t match your profile. She suggested a few things to bring out my natural color and I may take her up on that.

I highly recommend her to everyone this girl is talented :)

THE BEST SALON EVER! I have been looking tirelessly for a salon that knows curly hair, and this is the place. This was recommended to me buy an old client as well as a cousin of mine. I finally made an appointment and I couldn’t have been happier when I walked out of the doors that day. Though this review is a little late! I got my haircut in March of 2019. From the moment I walked into the front door, I knew I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The service from the desk was unbeatable. My hairdresser was so detailed and taught me so much about my hair and how to manage it. I am not due for my next appointment until July 2019 but I already feel like I can’t wait to get back in there. The salon itself is clean and they have such a welcoming feel when you walk in. Highly recommended!

I've been going to Greg & Tony Ouidad Salon for about a year now and I absolutely love it. Their staff is friendly, their scheduling is flexible, and their stylists are amazing. The salon is clean and bright and is in an easy to get to location. I just love it! I go to Kate for my color and Erin for my cut and they are fantastic. I've bounced around quite a bit in the past, looking for a stylist that I mesh with, so it is amazing to have finally found them! I would highly recommend the salon, Kate, and Erin!!

Tony was the first person to see my hair for how it is and create something that complimented my hair texture and face shape. So many hairdressers have treated my curly hair as straight until now. Tony gave me the best hair cut of my life and I am a forever customer.

Everyone at Greg & Tony's was super friendly and helpful. I have allergies to hair dye and Silvana treated me with kid gloves and did a fabulous job!! I didn't have any reaction at all. I'm going back soon. :-) And the salon is open, airy and very chic. They make you feel very special like you are the only client they have! I highly recommend Greg and Tony's!!

I will continue to patronize this business as long as i am in Connecticut. I was in for a service last weekend and i was so impressed. The staff was so warm and friendly and i loved the atmosphere. From the time i walked in Melanie greeted me, checked me in and got me situated. Gabriella the salon assistant came as soon as i had my cape on and walked me to the sink. She was wonderful and cheery and so pleasant to talk to and gave an incredible shampoo and massage. I asked her a few things about products and she recommended the melt down mask as she had great hair and said she uses it. Well i got it and i am so happy to have asked. It is an amazing product and worked wonders in the little time i have used it. She then offered me, coffee, espresso, cappuccino, wine, or sparkling water which i was not use to and brought it to me. I then went off to Teri. What a joy this stylist is. I was surprised to find out how long she has worked at this salon as she was still so very passionate with her work and listened to exactly what i wanted. I recommend her to anyone that wants to change their style and do not know which way to go. She nailed it. This woman is what all stylist in today's world should be. Educated, trendy and classy. I love the new style and it is easy and fits my busy lifestyle. i love this stylist I love this place.I will be with them as long as they are here. Great atmosphere, excellent customer service and beautiful salon. Everyone looked so nice as well. thank you greg & tony.

This is one of the best hair salons I've ever been to. Love the look, the calm feel, the friendly staff and the fresh flowers at every seat. My stylist, Michelene, gives the best cut for curly and wavy hair. Finally! Someone who knows how to deal with my curls! I'm never going anywhere else.

Silvana at Greg and Tony’s has been my hairdresser for many, many years. She always does a great job! She listens to what you want to do and also recommends things to do as well.
The staff at Greg and Tony’s are great as well.

I have thick curly hair that tangles and frizzes. I was always braiding, pulling it back and straightening it to get some shine and style. My mom saw a girl with Ouidad hair and at twelve, she took me to Greg and Tony's curly hair salon so I could love my curls and feel beautiful with my hair down. It has done wonders for my self esteem and confidence. I cut it 4 times a year and only need some product and my fingers to create a different style everyday! I'm 17 years old now, love my curls and get tons of compliments. I'm an actress and dancer so I keep it very long. I don't need to shampoo everyday and It always looks shiny, smooth and bouncy and never frizzy even in the summer. Thanks Mom and Michelene!

Greg and Tony's is the ultimate in haircare and related services. In fact I live in Chicago now and fly in just so Tony can cut my hair and some of the other pro's can do their magic. I don't care who I get for my other services because all of their staff is so professional and so talented. I'm also a curly girl and no one knows curly hair better than Ouidad. I've traveled the world in my work and I always come back to G and T as they are the best at everything. Service is superb and the premium they charge is the value they create!
