Child’s Pose Yoga is the ultimate peaceful space for my children. The moment you enter the studio you feel relaxed, calm and happy. You couldn’t ask for a better yoga instructor than Carly. She has a gift for keeping the kids engaged and is able to send them home with the tools they need to keep their bodies moving and their minds calm. Child’s Pose Yoga and Carly are top of our list!

Carly is so good at engaging the kids and keeping them interested! My daughter loved yoga classes at Child's Pose. It was a highlight of the week! Carly also came and taught yoga for my daughter's birthday. All the kids loved it and had such a great time.

Both of my boys love the classes at Child’s Pose Yoga! They were skeptical at first since they didn’t know anything about yoga but the super fun class and instructor won them over quickly. For both of my children, the focus on awareness and breathing has been incredibly helpful, especially when they feel overwhelmed or upset. And the balance and flexibility they have gained from yoga has been very supportive of the sports they play such as soccer and basketball. Everything about Child’s Pose yoga is a home run! The space is beautiful and serene, and the owner Carly is so amazing with the kids and has the best energy - you will wish you could stay for class! She does do adult classes occasionally which are amazing as well.

Child’s Pose is a special place! Miss Carly is amazing, our girls (now 3 and 5) started doing yoga with Miss Carly when they were 2 and 4. I thought, there is no way this group of tiny kids will be able to do yoga for an hour! I was totally wrong. Miss Carly keeps them engaged and focused the entire time. One year later, it’s still their favorite class / activity! They have learned breathing, poses and how to calm themselves down. I even find them singing their little yoga song together and helping each other do downward dog on the wall! I highly recommend this studio and activity. We’re lucky to have Miss Carly!

Such a life changing gift that our 6 and 3 year olds will have for the rest of their lives, plus they say it’s their favorite weekly activity!

Carly is not only an excellent yoga instructor but she is has an innate ability to connect with children of all ages, making the class fun and engaging. My daughter absolutely loves the class and Carly.

Child’s pose is such a special place! Our children, ages 5 and 7, have participated in classes, camps, and have both had birthday parties with Carly and just love it all. The studio is beautiful and Carly is so thoughtful and creative in her approach to working with children of all ages.

Child’s Pose is very near and dear to our hearts. Our kids ages 11, 8 and 6 have been loving Yoga with Carly for many years. They are obsessed and have grown so much physically and emotionally. Such a gorgeous studio too!

Child"s Pose is a special yoga studio for children. The girls just adore Carly. It is beautiful, clean and very relaxing. My daughter did a private class with a couple of friends last spring and they all came out focused, happy and zen each time! My daughters will continue to take Carly's classes weekly. It is so important for them to have a place like this to relax yet strengthen their minds and bodies all at once. It truly is a magical place you don't want to miss!
