I honestly can't say enough about living here .Alexis the manager is extremely communicative and accessible since signing my lease .It is my second time resigning my lease and although looking for my forever home , I feel blessed to live in such a great community .The apartments are beautiful and well maintained . The Club house is beautiful and grounds well kept.Kudos to the management on keeping us informed -with activities ,food trucks and doing all they can to build a community here .I have found the residents to be kind and friendly as well and dog friendly !
Thanks to each of them for making this a great experience .

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this complex since moving in at the beginning of the month. If you’re looking for somewhere to rent in the area, I definitely recommend The Pointe at Dorset Crossing!

The Pointe at Dorset Crossing is under wonderful new management. The grounds here were always beautiful and fantastically maintained -- but the office is now managed by an incredible new team. This new residential team, led by Rachel Shaw, is eager to please and accommodating to the max. And for those residents who enjoy community activities, there is always something happening at the Pointe. Congratulations -- and thank you! -- to everyone who makes the Pointe a terrific place to live!

The manager, Rachel, and maintenance guys are fantastic. They’re all kind and personable, and love their jobs. Rachel has been understanding and kind throughout the entire time we’ve been here as well as really make some cute events for the residents, such as a hot chocolate bar and a wine tasting!

Alexis in the pointe @ dorset leasing office was instrumental in assisting with my move. The pointe leasing team is friendly and accommodating.

Our little family lived here for 1,5 years. We loved The Pointe. Everything worked sooo well and the staff and the maintenance team were great. Nice, great quality apartments with good layout. The pool and club house are gorgeous and everything is always clean and good.

We moved to Europe so had to move out. Everything with moving in and moving out went easily, we got the deposit back and everything went smoothly.

Beautiful, amazingly quiet, neighborhood feel. Luxury heated pool that is always sparkling clean, beautiful & huge cabana/grilling area, sparkling clean clubhouse that has gorgeous and artistic interior design. Offers endless amenities (bikes, fitness center with brand new equipment, dog park, car vacuuming station and more.) I have everything I need here and more. Staff and rest of crew is attentive and kind, pet policy is the best around that I've seen, I honestly have no complaints.

Excellent facility and great staff! Well kept, dog friendly and great place to live whether you're between homes, downsizing or looking for the luxury apartment lifestyle.

My son and I have lived at The Point at Dorset Crossing for 3 years now and love it! The office and maintenance staff are incredibly helpful and responsive. The common areas are always clean and decorated beautifully... especially the pool and clubhouse. Great place to live :)

A friend of mine has an apartment here and I'm always overjoyed to spend time at such a gorgeous, clean, and friendly place. If I ask nicely and rate 5 stars can I move in for free?

A place I called home for three years and it was bittersweet when I finally moved to relocate for work. The complex was on a large property, so I never felt confined with amazing amenities--clubhouse, gym, community library, etc; and, the scenery was amazing. In the summer, it would be so quiet, you could hear the hawks and the sound of the stream. --nature at its finest. And, something that I will truly miss. But, in addition to the location, the staff was amazing. Personable, friendly, and happy to help. I would put in a work order for a lightbulb to be replaced, and within the hour the job was typically done. The manager was attentive, friendly, and always crafting up fun ways to make the community more social. They hosted fun social events like holiday parties and food truck events. I always felt safe and always felt cared about. This is a place I would definitely recommend to live.

I've been here for 8 months. The space is bright, airy, clean and we'll maintained.The management team is excellent. I had a problem with my AC. My call was responded to, by a person, in minutes. They fixed me up with a temporary unit until HVAC guys could get here. An excellent community for all age groups and family size.

Really nice apartments, clean and pet friendly. I love the quietness in the area. The parking area is well lit and maintained as well. No noise at all inside either. The manage Christine is very responsive and courteous.

Alanna has been an amazing help to my boyfriend and I with our move! She is organized, prompt, and very friendly! 10 out of 10 would recommend working with her if you chose to move here ❤

I’m so glad I moved to these apartments. It’s incredibly clean and well maintained and the leasing staff/maintenance team have been extremely friendly and more than helpful. I love the Simsbury area and the prices here are totally fair especially for what’s offered. I would highly recommend these apartments
