We had such a lovely time sitting outside yesterday. We were the party of four. Food was amazing and staff was warm and friendly

Fettuccine Alfredo was cooked perfectly and the white cream sauce was top shelf...

Broccoli Rabe, sausage and beans were equally delicious.

De Franco's has great outdoor seating right off West St in Downtown Litchfield, a super friendly staff, a great lunch menu and reasonable prices. Biker friendly.

Fantastic Lunch. The sign says “fine Italian cuisine,“ and they serve Greek dishes as well. Owned by nice people from Albania. God bless America!

Baked seafood with mashed potatoes and vegetables! It was delicious. Bread crumbs on top was part of the dish but because I’m gluten free they topped it with GF panko, perfect!

Absolutely Superb! When you are in Ltchfield or anywhere near Litchfield, CT. You must make it your buisness to visit DiFrancos Restaurant. My family and I spent a week in Torrington and stumbled across this restaurant and what - a - find!!!
The ambiance screamed extravagance. The staff is a team of family members that make you feel as if they were your family and you were returning from a long time trip. The food is incredible and very much affordable. I dont know how they do it but their sauce is unmatchable. Hats off and salutes to DiFrancos Restaurant I will see you again soon my friends.

Wonderful lunch today on the front patio. We each had salads with grilled chicken. One was the mixed green salad with roasted peppers and artichokes and the other was signature DiFranco's salad. Both salads were ample for lunch, fresh and tasty. We both opted for the house dressing which was fabulous. We complemented the owner on the dressing and asked if she's sells it. While she does not do that (yet?) she did send us home with some.

We also talked to the owner about the recent loss of her husband. Keeping good thoughts for her and all who work there and knew him. Truly a wonderful lunch, and we'll definitely go back.

First time there and food and service was outstanding. Our waitress was great. Patio was very nice. Balsamic dressing with tomato was a real treat. Will be back

Outdoor dining patio, incredible wait service and delicious authentic Italian dining made our experience a delight, even for our pup who joined us under our table. She was given some water, which was sweet!

My family and I decided to try out DiFranco's during Summer 2021, and we absolutely loved it! Nice atmosphere and service, friendly staff, and most of all delicious food. Their pizza and fried calamari were perfectly cooked and very tasty. We didn't know what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised! We've been back a few times since, and will definitely be back for more!

I love DiFranco's and have been eating there since they were up next to the Courthouse. They make great soups and serve wonderful sandwiches and also dinners. I don't live in Litchfield any more so no longer eat here so often but since I was passing through, decided to stop in. I was planning on having a Reuben but a Chicken C aprice caught my eye and I changed my mind Oboy was that good, I'd order that again!

Food is great prices good as well friendly staff nice and clean restaurant I also would recommend for a good pasta dish

My colleagues and I recently came to Litchfield for a work conference. We decided to dine at DiFrancos's on our drive home, and boy, it was delicious!! We will be back next time we are in the Litchfield area!

Great food, excellent service and reasonable prices. We've had full meals as well as pizza. All has been fantastic.

Great food at a great price. We went here with a group of 7 without a reservation on a Monday for dinner. There was ample seating outdoors so we did not have to wait. The service was very friendly. They first took drink orders and brought them out with rolls. Then too food orders and it did not take long for the food to come. We had a toddler and they had high chairs to use. Food was great and portions were very large. We had a great time and will definitely come here again. I highly recommend this place.

A small family restaurant with BIG heart! Set in beautiful Litchfield center, DiFrancos offers indoor and outdoor seating. The chicken parm is my favorite! The sauce is perfect, chicken is tender, yet nicely breaded. Portions are generous but not overwhelming. Our party also enjoyed the salmon, veal piccata, and the spinach ravioli, a special that night. They also do an amazing takeout business, as we heard the phone ringing and orders coming and going. Best of all, they accept reservations, which many restaurants no longer accept.

If the question is “What’s for dinner?” The answer is always “Difrancos!!!!”
It is our go to for take out for the last few years. We’ve had consistently good food and have never been disappointed!! Their pizza is what pizza should taste like, the crust has great flavor and chew, the ingredients are fresh and generous and it’s never soggy!

I eat at this fantastic all year long. I’m a single father with 2 kids that adore all the staff here. Everyone in the restaurant are extremely attentive to any needs you may need. The food is incredible from starters to deserts. They also have a great kids menu. If you visit the area this is the restaurant you must eat at.

Enjoyed a lovely meal indoors on a chilly day. As usual DiFrancos offers a cozy atmosphere and delicious food. Our meals came with a choice of salad or soup, always yummy. We each ordered the shrimp scampi with pasta, just the right amount of spice and of course served with hot rolls. A great meal in picturesque Litchfield.

Amazing food! The whole experience from start to finish was Amazing!!! The waitress was always so friendly and kind. The food can’t get better Exceptionally tasty and the prices are great the portions of food were perfect... A great spot with great food. We had Tour of Italy, Chicken penne ala vodka ....Appetizers... boneless bbq chicken, hot wings, and calamari...The pink lemonade is also Amazing.

Also you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at the place and the Greater lady is so friendly with the guests and always took care to offer the best quality of service! I highly recommend this place.
