Giuseppina's Italian Bakery

Can’t say enough great things about this bakery. My husband and I had an elopement back in April and decided to walk in to Giuseppina’s to see if they would make us a simple little cake. First off, they did it with no hesitation and it was perfect. We loved the service and the cake so much we went back to have them do our cake for our actual wedding day on 6/17. The cake and cupcakes were beyond delicious and perfect. Everything went so smoothly and they accommodated us in every way. This bakery has everything you would want and more. Don’t go anywhere else but Giuseppina’s. Trust me, you won’t regret it.

As somewhat of a connoisseur of fine baked goods, I have been frequenting this establishment since it opened and continue to be most pleasantly impressed with the quality of their homemade product, their very reasonable pricing, friendly customer service and overall atmosphere. Whether it be a custom cake for a special occasion or a couple of scones, a brownie and some cookies, it is 100% yummy and served with a smile!

I ordered a golf cake for my husband early bday & it was absolutely delicious. Brianna nailed the design of the cake & it was everything I wanted. She was easy to get in touch with & did an amazing job! I highly recommend getting your cake orders here.

Ran in hoping to get an Italian cookie platter. Had my choice of a 2 or 3 pound platter. Of course I got the 3 pounder. Also got 2 really cute turkey cake pops. Always a great selection of everything! It is great not having to drive to Hartford. It was crowded but so aren't the bakeries in Hartford. The staff is awesome.

It really saddens me to see so many low reviews with some of you saying things about the owners not being friendly. You really got that out of one visit??? I have been coming here for years, as it is THE BEST place to get cookies, pastries and our favorites (the cannolis and sfogliatelle, hands down the best around). I guess some of you forget that they are actually humans and not robots. I will forever continue to come here for their amazing products, and the only complaint I have is that it's hard to not buy everything there!!

I can’t say enough great things about this bakery! They are so accommodating and listen to exactly what you are looking for in a cake. My favorites are the cannoli cake and carrot cake! Giussepinna’s made my baby shower cake and birthday cake and I was blown away by both!! Fresh ingredients and beautiful decorations. I HIGHLY recommend this bakery for any special occasion.

Visited for the first time last Sunday and was pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of the offered treats. I bought fudge squares, raspberry turnovers, and tiramisu. Will definitely be returning this Sunday for more Sunday treats.

We couldn’t be much happier with this masterpiece. As soon as I brought out the cake to place on the table, my wife was speechless. My guests loved it as well. The designs and colors were perfect...sophisticated and elegant. Taste was so good. I really appreciate the time and effort and going out of your way to incorporate all the designs that we wanted for our baby shower ceremony. I will recommend you to all of my friends, and look forward to ordering more goodies from you in the future!

A guilty pleasure to visit. They feature a great selection of pastries that I should avoid... but you have to indulge once in a while! The Chocolate Bomb and Oreo Cookie cake are two favorites.

My favorite Italian Bakery ever!!! They have my fruit cake with peaches and strawberries!!! Delicious!!! No need to head to Franklin Ave!!

They did a great job on my wedding cakes . My husband and I enjoyed our tasting. We were blown away by the carrot cake ...I never thought that would be at my wedding but it was so good we had to have it. We also had a great tasting chocolate with chocolate and a yellow cake with strawberries and whipped cream they were all fabulous.

I purchased this gluten free chocolate cake with raspberry mousse filling and butter cream frosting for my sisters birthday, it was absolutely delicious, everyone at the party raved about it. Not a single person there new it was gluten free until we told them (besides my sister).They definitely have a life long customer with me and my sister, can't wait to try all the other goodies they have available. Very happy customer here!

This bakery is amazing! I come here all the time. The best canollis in town. Their cakes are delicious and the pizza bread is such a great idea for an easy bite to eat!

My wife ordered my birthday cake - our first time at this bakery. She wanted something different, and the bakery suggested german chocolate layer cake. It was awesome. We ate it for days, and it was awesome right through the end. We will be back :-)

We purchased our wedding cake from Giuseppina's and we couldn't be happier! Our cannoli cake was simply delicious! Everyone loved it, our guests have been absolutely raving about it since the wedding. The design was exactly what we wanted and they were so reasonable for delivery cost, we can’t recommend them any more! We will continue to use them for all of our family's dessert needs for the rest of our lives!
