Best Western Plus Windjammer Inn & Conference Center

Thank you to all the staff at BW. Our team got in late last night and the staff had everything ready for us. I can honestly say it's the fist hotel we've stayed in, in the last 2 years that was so efficient. Rooms are nice. Everything is clean and organized. Team had breakfast and there was a lot of variety for them. Breakfast staff was on top of everything too. Thank you very much.

Good experience with two night stay. Hotel looks to have been recently updated...my room had newer and nicer furnishings than most of the pictures here. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, airport shuttle was great. It's nothing fancy, but no complaints at all.

Cozy motel with an amazing restaurant. Located right off 89 and right around the corner from the airport, and it's surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and gas stations to meet the needs of any traveler, rooms are always clean and the service is well above standard and very welcoming.

We went out to eat with a party of 11. The food was great, reasonable rates and we had great service.

Great location with easy access to Burlington offerings. Rooms were nice. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. They had a good breakfast.

Right from check-in to check-out or stay was very enjoyable - customer service was very professional and helpful - rooms were very clean, breakfast was very good and a great variety to choose from.

Our group stays at the Best Western Windjammer every year for a weekend of bike riding. The hotel has been great to us. Rooms are fine and have been upgraded over the years. The on-site restaurant and lounge have great food and beverage selection and can accommodate groups well. The value is good and location is great for us. We've had few, if any issues, and if so all have been quickly resolved by the staff.

Superb hotel. Rooms were exceptionally clean and in great condition - all lights, outlets, and appliances were fully functional (which seems to be rare these days!) Front desk and other staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was provided a dog friendly room for my dog and charged a very reasonable pet fee of only $10. There are plenty of open grass areas/fields around the hotel to walk your dog. The included hot breakfast buffet was fantastic as well. Overall this hotel seems to go above and beyond to please customers.

Always like this hotel. Convenient location, great breakfast. Like new breakfast room. However, we miss the cookies they used to put out in the evening.

We stayed here while in Burlington, VT for the Vermont City Marathon. This hotel had exactly what I needed for the weekend. The property was on the big side, I booked a 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights, and I have to say what an amazing stay! I used the pool, and didn’t want to come out due to its warm temperature. Breakfast was complimentary, I find that essential to me when I stay at hotels. Overall customer service was excellent. No problems encountered during my stay.

If you’re booking a block in Burlington for a wedding (or other event), it should be here! The pricing around town was comparable for vastly different locations. We worked with Jen Hamway at Windjammer, and she was such a dream - we didn’t have to ask her for pricing or details, and she has a way of emailing just when you’re thinking of her. Everything was taken care of for us! Plus it’s a beautiful hotel, the airport shuttle is criminally convenient in a town with few taxis/Uber drivers, and the pool and hot tub were a highlight! We really enjoyed our wedding weekend stay - the staff were super helpful to several of our guests, and I had the same experience! Couldn’t have been happier!

The shuttle driver wasted no time getting a tired military dude to bed. Customer service is the little things.

I've had to book a lot of hotels in the past and I must admit this one has always been the best one ever. Service, kindness of staff and meal are always top quality. Hotel is clean and very well located.

I ended up in Burlington on accident when my flight was diverted from another airport due to weather. The airline put us up in this hotel. The front desk was super nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The toiletries smelled wonderful. The breakfast room isn't big enough to handle all the people when all the rooms are full. They did a great job accommodating a plane full of extra people in the middle of the night. Plus, it extended my vacation by 12 hours so I took the opportunity to soak in the tub!

I stay at Best Western always, and this is one of the best. Starting with the warm milk and cookies in the lobby every evening at 8 PM. A huge sumptuous Buffet breakfast. Clean quiet comfortable rooms. Plenty of hot water. Good Internet Wi-Fi. And a very relaxing Heated, saltwater, swimming pool
