I had to reschedule a few times and the staff was very nice on the phone. I brought the car in for an oil change and waited. The shop was busy but didn't feel rushed. They look at my concerns for mechanical issues that were fine. Took less than an hour and cost about half what I have been paying at one of those oil change chains. I'll be back!

Story Brothers was one of the auto-body repair shops recommended by my Insurance Company. I was concerned with the reviews so I was hesitant to use them, as the auto body work required was complex because of the amount of damage and because the side air bags were deployed. Jeff and his team did a great job. He stands by his work. I was very happy with repairs. Thanks Jeff and team at Story Brothers!

Found a Saturn SC2 1993 identical to my current one. I spoke briefly on the phone with Bob about it and did the 3 hour drive the next day. It was exactly as described by Bob. They repaired the major concerns and it was included in the price. They put it on the lift so I could send photos to my mechanic. When I got home my mechanic went thru the vehicle and we only had to throw on an air filter and correct wiper blades. Bob is no BS and very direct which could rub some people the wrong way. However it was a good deal and a great car and Bob told it like it was. VERY happy!

Just got back from their shop and I couldn't be happier. This is my third time there and every time they have been not only straight forward, but they have done a great job with the repairs needed.

Unlucky, one of the parts they put on the car a few months back seemed to be defective. They replaced it again under warranty with no questions asked. I'm sure at many other shops I would have had to argue my case on why they should be paying for the part and labor, but they saved me the hassle and took care of it.

Pricing is good, communication is good, work is done well.

Just bought my Toyota Rav 4 here. They found a loan for me within minutes. Did not sit for hours and hours. No haggling. They were friendly and even came to pick me up at my physical therapy appointment when my SUV was ready to go home with me! Highly recommend for all your service needs.

Went to Story Brothers for a dent on rear 1/4panel on recommendation of insurance, Jeff at the front was great, explained everything, was accomodating of my schedule, repairs seem excellent, same as new. Went above and beyond, detailed it, even the brake calipers are shiny again. Highly recommended.

Came in for an estimate after being rear-ended. I was helped by Jeff who provided me with great customer service. Was very respectful offered me a bottled water and all. Made me feel better given the stressful situation.

Only had my Emmissions test done there,
they took me in quickly, no long wait, and the service was great.

I had to get some body work done and replace my bumper. It was done in two days and looks great! Been going to them for years and never had a problem.

I as well was in and out but the big test is my truck and the trany and transfer case so let's see what they can do as well as prices on this next job

Went for emission test today, in and out in 10 minutes. Employees were great.

Brought my Mercedes in for an emissions test yesterday,in and out in 20 minutes,great service,watch TV while you wait,cool place,has it going on if you know what I mean.

Good service, You go right in, sign your name on the list and your good to go. Took about 5 min for emission test. Great workers!
