I've been going to this store for years, I have to say , tonight customer service was phenomenal. The young gentleman at the deli was friendly and efficient. Heriberto at self check out was friendly as well , on top of being proactive. Most of the time when I need assistance, I'm trying to get an associates attention, but he was helping before I even knew I needed help.

Love my store.for everything g one needs for kitchen and more.

I get stop & shop at five star rating because recently I have been coming here versus other grocery stores only because they do have good prices on the lettuce selection and also every time I come lately the lettuce is fresh and crisp. I mostly come for the produce section and it has been looking very great lately. Also the parsley is nice and crisp too like it was just recently picked. I also do enjoy going through their pet aisle which I always find good deals on their pet items. I'm also a big fan of their meat selection because there's always different and a good variety of meats to choose from that are pretty well priced. I also like the ecoupons that you can clip right through the app for extra savings.

Had most of what I wanted. They are a bit odd since they print coupons for product they don't carry. Often sales items in the flyer are not marked on the shelves.Their self checkout has problems tracking & blocks continuing & attendant who was watching then emptied my bags to check for invisible pilfered goods.I started to leave but realized I left my bags.

This is a great grocery store. I normally find everything I need that's on my list. They have good weekly sales. The produce department is first class. The meat and fish departments are well stocked and always fresh. Customer service is excellent. The employees are helpful. Handicapped parking is plentiful. The store is neat and clean always. I recommend Stop&Shop for it's quality foods and service to customers.

Great location, very helpful people, the Bank inside is very good you can cash a check that's written out to you even if you don't have a account there, the food selection is always been great, their prices I feel are better than any other stop & shop to be honest with you and their deli always has really good fresh options

A clean and well-laid out Stop & Shop branch with plenty of variety! The staff are polite & efficient, the store's easy to navigate and find merchandise, and the produce section in particular is all of decent quality!

Not much to say except it's a wonderful, quiet store! Props that the local paratransit bus stops right out front, and CTtransit stops a short walk away from the store!

Great people especially in the customer service department.... I've seen those poor girls swamped and still find a way to be polite and patient... I love the cleanliness of the store. . Just wish their flowers were fresher. ..I go there every Sunday for fresh ones for my living room and kitchen and they usually die quickly even with a little "food" in their water. Outside of that.. Nice location..

The renovations look amazing. It is hard to find sour oranges in other grocery stores, but every time I come here, there is always plenty. I had forgot an item & Shanice went out of her way to get it for me & ring me out even though it was close to closing & she wasn't on a register. What great service!

I love this stop and shop! Before they were a little messy but with the remodel it's a pleasant shopping experience with such a variety of products for a decent price compared to the competition. So many Amentities available including Red Box and an ATM and a Bank as well as a pharmacy and so much more! It truly is a one stop shopping experience! I'm here almost everyday I appreciate it so much! It hurt me when they went on strike but I understand that their employees had to fight for their benefits and I supported them through all of it!

I'm from North Carolina and we don't have anything that comes close to this store. This is a amazing grocery store. Produce is unbelievably good. Everything else is and looks fantastic. The employees were very helpful and didn't mind you asking questions. Love this place.

Luv stop n shop always find what I'm looking for

Always extremely clean, bright, its dirt free on every shelf. At times the waiting for a cashier to open up because scheduling mistakes takes awhile. Looking down the fruits isle veggie is like looking down one in Willy Wonkas chocolate factory!!!

Very clean store. Easy to find everything I need except the candy aisle has nothing for diabetics. Staff are helpful.

I visited the florist department and the young lady that helped me was extraordinary, she made a beautiful bouquet for me in record time and it was gorgeous. The best $ 32.00 plus tax that I have ever spent for 2 dozen roses, they are still magnificent.

Good selection. Good staffing levels. Not a fan of being charged for paper bags. Did not like, but understood the idea behind the plastic bag charge.

During my lunch breaking, I was shopping for some healthy food for my daughter's lunch. As I was getting her some yogurts, a stocker was instinctively kind enough to tell me exactly where the spoons & napkins were (in one of the store's back corners). In fact, I would say that just about every employee I saw in that supermarket was very tuned in to what their customers wanted and needed! I wish I had learned that gentleman's name.
