Is the cleanest Burger Kings around the Hartford area I travel out my way to go to the hurricanes on Silas Deane highway I like to eat and clean places.

The whopper never disappoints. Make it a large with the two chocolate chip cookies and your all set. Dine in, clean quiet and friendly service.

Everytime I want fast food. I come here. It's clean, the employees are really nice. The restrooms are super clean. Shout-out to willy the maintenance guy. Really humble hardworking man.

Got the 2 for $5 breakfast sandwiches and found it filling. The drive through service went quickly and customer service was good. What I found interesting was that they told me they were serving breakfast AND lunch when I went there, which I found fascinating as it was 7 in the morning. If you're craving a chicken sandwich and fries at 7 in the morning, this may be one of the few places in the area to get it.

Love their new crunchy chicken wraps! The spicy and honey mustard are my favorite!

Went through the drive-thru today. Ordered about 5 meals for the family and the manager was very accommodating. He had me drive up and wait since our order was very large. I didn’t wait for a very long time, about 5-7 minutes as we ordered impossible meat, being something that isn’t constantly on the grill but more or less made to order. He gave us large fries due to the “wait” and personally walked out in the rain to hand us our order. While ordering in the window he helped his staff with their orders and in general fixed little things here and there. When we ate indoors before the place is kept very clean. I went on 03/28/21 around 12:15. Whoever was the manager did a great job and My only regret was not getting his name. A+ service!

This is THE Burger King. Since I was born this place has remained truthful as the one true Burger King location. As a young man with friends who all get fast food often we have been to many Burger Kings many times, but this one stands at the top. The management has been there as long as I can remember and the run it like a well oiled machine. No Burger King I have ever been to has a comparable satisfaction rate. BK on the Deane>Bk on the Pike. They may not understand it but this Burger King has had a significant impact on our lives.

I had not visit a Bk in 4 years. I will say this BK location has excellent Customer service. My son has several food allergies and as a working mom this is the only restaurant that I buy food from when I am on the go and need food for him fast. Keep up the excellent service, thank you to all the staff and the hiring manager who is doing an excellent job hiring excellent employees!!

I deliver for a few of the food services. On the go, I often grab dinner here as I start my evening. I’ve worked as a chef for some years, but I’ve actually been a fan of the chain since high school (35 years ago)😂. Without question the Wethersfield location is the best in the entire region & yes, I’ve sampled them all. Newington is a close second. This franchise owner has great employees which, in fast food is critical.
I tend towards simple sandwiches, but I have specific requests, which is what alway has put Burger King above all other fast food joints. . The Whoppers are hot with a nice grilled taste, & they always follow my instructions perfectly.

Chicken tenders are a key indicator of a fast food restaurant. The fry time is critical otherwise they come out dry & harsh. The fry oil is changed regularly in this store, which is also critical to flavor. Lots of places save money by not changing the oil often & all the fried items come out with a burnt taste. You’ve probably had some.
Not at the Wethersfield location. Shakes are great, and I consider the $1.29 ice cream & sundae to be one of the great values anywhere, McD’s are double that price. Staff is friendly, not a bunch of burned out kids, which as you know, is a real downer of an experience. It’s super-clean as well. I think you’ll be happily surprised.

Had a hankering for lunch at breakfast so I went to BK. Since it was breakfast time (7:35am), I did have to wait for my whopper and fries while they fixed them. It did not take very long...and every thing was perfecto. The girl even brought my tray to my table since they weren't very busy at the time. Nice little extra.

I love this burger king....the folks who work here are super competent and friendly. They all seem to love their job. I've mentioned this to the manager, because, let's face it, burger flipping is not a glory filled job...i am grateful to everyone who works there.

This is one of the best Burger Kings I’ve been! Nice and friendly staffs! Store is always clean. Service always good. Highly recommend!

The dining room was updated, neat and clean; the food was fresh-prepared; the staff was really professional and especially kind (my server complimented my sport coat and kind of made my day). For a Burger King, just about the best example I have encountered.

Even crazy busy after Tropical Storm and with only drive-through open, staff was extremely efficient, friendly, and my Impossible Whopper's and onion rings were excellent. Great BK store.

Friendliest fast food restaurant around. I have been going to this BK for 13 yrs now. The food is always good, served hot, and this restaurant has the very best customer service! Truly friendly and helpful staff.

The staff and manager are so sweet! Very knowledgeable and very great customer service. The place is super clean and we love coming here.

I order the 2for 12 them burgers I almost like the big Mac but a hundred times better it's called the big king

I went through the drive through and the person who took my order did not pay close attention to what I wanted. I am not giving 3 stars because of the manager, he is a strong man big personality.

Way better deals than McDonalds the food is just as good or better. Only drawback is there aren't nearly enough locations. Its 15mins to nearest one and 2 McD's closer so of course kids vote for close by. Literally more food for about $10 less if you shop the menus right.

First time ever at this Burger King. Very busy, but shop kept up with demands. Will go back, if in area. Coffee fresh
