Great selections for customizing!
Linda was helpful in helping us purchase counter stools. Our favorite part was customizing the legs and seat with metal and fabric. Selections include wood as well.

Barbara was very knowledgable and patient. They have a huge selection of quality sets to choose from.

We had a very pleasant experience purchasing a new dining room table from Dinette Depot. Our salesperson (Barbara?) was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. She guided us in making all necessary decisions without leading us one way or another.

We purchased a gorgeous birch table with 2 large leaf’s, 4 wood and 2 custom upholstered chairs and 5 custom counter stools. We later asked for a sample of the fabrics to take with us when shopping for area rugs which was delivered to our house shortly after.
There was a bit of a delay in delivery but that was to be expected due to supply chain issues.
Linda was our salesperson who spent a ton of time with us helping us throughout the whole process. We’ll definitely shop with them again and I have no reservations recommending Dinette Depot.

Visited the store with the intent to look at counter height stools. They have a large selection of stools to purchase as well as a very large sample of floor models to get an idea of what you may want to order. Barbara was the only person at the store today, she told us to feel free to browse and when ready she would come over and answer any questions we may have. After browsing the store for about 30 minutes we approached her for some help. We informed her generally what we were looking to purchase with respect to style of stool. She is very well informed and helped us by pointing out different manufacturers, their style options and features. Once we decided on a manufacturer and model, she was very helpful in helping us select the base color of the stool frame and the material of the seat. Because of how helpful Barbara was and a special sales promotion, we were very comfortable in ordering from her. On our way home we stopped at another store which carries the same brand of stool that we ordered. The prices there were the same as Dinette Depot before their sale discount. Based on our experience I highly recommend Dinette Depot and Barbara if you are looking for quality dining/kitchen furniture.

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable of the products. They are on a the higher end for dinettes. I can say there products do last. We have had our kitchen table for 15 years. I do recommend this place if you are in a be market for stools

We ordered 4 custom stools which we understood had a no refund policy. When they arrived there was a problem with 3 out 4 (sitting on them caused an annoying squeaking sound). An attempt to repair them failed. The store owner, Mark, offered to replace them or give us a full refund. We elected to purchase another model, also custom, and these worked out really well. Our thanks to Mark, the floor staff in the store, and the warehouse staff as well. They all went above and beyond and we are very satisfied customers.

Very pleased with the experience we had with this company. We bought a children's bunk bed set and they showed up on time for delivery. The 2 gentlemen putting the set together had noticed a small crack in one of the wood pieces that was in the back of the bed and we probably would have never noticed it cause it was that small. They brought it to our attention and told us they would order a new piece and return to install it. They did exactly what they said they would do. Great customer service!

We paid a lot for the furniture, but I have to say it’s beautiful and I’m not complaining. Everyone that works there including delivery guys are great..

They have the best furniture around. And it can range from less expensive to very expensive. We go out of our way from the Danbury area to visit. Great selection and helpful and friendly workers.

Stopped in to look at a specific type of product. We were immediately approached by someone who pointed us in the right direction. They didn't hover and weren't pushy at all, but answered our questions. They also gave us their card and a discount for when we come back to buy what we were looking at, as we weren't ready to purchase that day. Definitely a nice place to shop with good quality items.

Very professional, we were happy with our price and plan on going back to them when we finish expanding our home. Mark helped me along with one of his salesmen, and we sat to make sure all our wants were perfectly tailored to our taste. Thank you for all your help! The tables and chairs are GORGEOUS in our home.
