Holiday Inn Burlington, an IHG Hotel

Very comfy and clean beds. We only stayed one night but it was exactly what we needed, and then some. Both an indoor and outdoor pool, exercise room, and a really nice restaurant that we didn't get to eat in. My only downside would be the toilet seat in the bathroom. It's not a full seat but has a cut out in the front like in a public restroom. Not something I liked.

We were treated better, and had a nicer room, than at a VERY expensive Hilton in Quebec City the night before. We were greeted warmly and enthusiastically by Alyssa who seemed eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Her attitude made for a great start. This was a stark contrast to the previous night’s Hilton stay where the staff were simply business-like and distant. Our room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep. Our restaurant server at breakfast was attentive and pleasant. The food was good. We had heard that people in Burlington were super friendly and this hotel seems to encourage it. I would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the BEST stays I’ve ever experienced! Upon arriving, I was a little early and decided to downgrade my room a tiny bit, just to get access to a room faster. I was given a free breakfast as a curtesy. I used the Oak room for my daughters Birthday party, which was set up beautifully. The kids swam all day and the staff was so amazing and friendly! The shower...majestic! The showers here are the best I’ve used at any hotel, anywhere. They also use Bath & Bodyworks, shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. I use this at home typically, so this was a great surprise. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. This will now be our home away from home and we will be staying here much more frequently. I highly recommend staying here. The rooms were very clean. Everything smelled fresh. The front staff was very polite and quick, we never had to wait. Check-in and check-out took less then five minutes combined. We didn't use either pools but the area looked very inviting.

Wow! Never treated better! Big thank you to carpenter-scuttle driver for directions home. Pool opened early a plus. Loved the sauna. Excellent hospitably. Nice room. Comfortable bed. Love the pillows.

The two people at the front desk were so incredibly nice. I've stayed at alot of Holiday Inns and these two at the front desk (wish I could remember names) went out of their way to help my family checking in and getting us some drinks due to the vending machine not being able to read my card. Room was exceptionally clean and modern. Beds comfy. Two heated pools, one in door and one out door. Great location to Champlain Valley Fair and the University Mall.

Comfortable beds and easy walking to the downtown area and Lake Champlain. Very courteous staff. Attention to detail is great here. Work out room has cardio and weight equipment. Breakfast is great, the Sunday brunch is a must! There is also a courtesy shuttle that will make sure you get back. Great staff, definitely will stay here in the future.

I attended a conference at this hotel with a breakfast provided. The room was bright and roomy, and the food was quite good, better than the typical pastries and coffee. Everything was clean as far as the conference room and the lobby went, I did not go into any of the hotel rooms

The cvoeo staff and the Hotel staff are really great people. They will go out of their way to make sure that you are doing good with your room and the food that organizations who deliver meals here everyday for the less fortunate are very delicious and truly a wonderful place stay for people who are down and out with their luck and life right now.

Room was very clean. Bed really comfortable. Very friendly/helpful staff throughout. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Just a few minute drive from downtown. Right by the interstate.

Beautiful hotel. Great price. I really enjoyed the suana and the gym. Really want to try out the pool next time I'm there. Staff was very friendly and even gave me some free toothpaste when I forgot to bring some.

Hotel bar was also very nice. Good price on Knob Creek.

Beautiful facility! Nice pools, one inside and outside! Conference rooms for use for businesses. The work out room is a bit small and rooms are avg. Def recommend for hotels in the area for a reasonable price!

Hi class hotel without being "fancy" like most Holiday inns it is run very well and my stay was pleasant. Not in the downtown area but a short Uber ride gets you there. There is a great restaurant right next door serving great steaks. Overall it's a great place to call home away from home.

I like the design of the pool room here. And the eggs Benedict at the attached restaurant was quite good. The rooms feel slightly older, but are clean and service is good.

Great value for the location! Rooms are clean. Close to the University Mall. Quick drive away from Church street. Staff is very friendly. They have a pool and a restaurant as well.

I have stayed in Hundreds of Holiday Inns and this one has the best staff and perks of them all. I love the location 5 mins from downtown and 5 mins from everywhere else. The staff goes out of their way to be accommodating. If you are looking for a place to stay in Burlington this is it.

Very good prices, especially for a holiday weekend. Rooms are clean, food very good, staff friendly. Super easy to get to downtown via cab or uber. Overall, i enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was really nice and the employees were friendly , they even had complimentary coffee and hot tea , I would stay again , there is even a restaurant in the hotel , not bad prices , friendly staff .
