Nicole was fantastic. I was a new client in dire need of a hair cut from years of breakage from a different salon. I brought in a picture and Nicole was honest and said what I didn’t want to hear, that it couldn’t be done until the section that had the breakage, grew out. She recommended a trendy haircut that would work for me, apologizing for the hard truth. I had to think about it and left. I got home and spent an hour in front of the mirror and realized I needed a hair cut and was able to see the vision Nicole had for me. Despite being awkward for me as I just wasted her time, I messaged her and asked if there was anyway she could fit me back in that day to do the cut she recommended and she made time for me. She wasn’t rude or annoyed with me for walking out of the original appointment. She was kind, understanding and accommodating. She fixed my hair and told me on average how long hair takes to grow and how soon she would be able to modify this cut into the original cut in the picture that I had requested. She scheduled me another appointment in a week to correct the multi colored bleach, yellow and copper tones I had from the previous salon fails as well as a conditioning treatment. Nicole was never judgmental, negative or insulting and instead was honest and caring. I imagine being a hair stylist isn’t easy when new clients have Pinterest but Nicole did the right thing by explaining why that style at this time wouldn’t work and how we could make my hair look the best and be the healthiest for now and soon have that Pinterest perfect result. I’m in love with what she did to fix my hair today. I’m glad I trusted her professional opinion and you will be to if you book with this talented, kind and honest stylist who puts clients first and has very reasonable pricing. Thank you Nicole!
