We had a great experience working with Carl and his son. They installed our new Generac generator quickly and on budget. The work was done professionally and with care. We would definitely hire Carl again.

Carl recently helped us out with a thermostat issue. Initially it was thought we'd have to rewire the whole thing but after some digging around Carl managed to come up with a solid workaround that cut the job time and price in half! It's a breath of fresh air to find honesty and integrity these days and someone that can put out consistent quality of work. Thanks Carl we're grateful for the job well done!

Very personable I liked him right off the bat. Carl was very prompt spent a lot of time with me explaining, gave me the costs upfront, did a great job with his cute son and educated me on any issues I may have in the house unrelated to the electric fireplace that he installed for me. Carl and his son Matthew upgraded our 60-year-old, fuse-based, 100-amp service to a 200-amp service with a new breaker panel and a whole-house surge protector. We had power back within hours. Carl explained everything he did and both he and his son performed very professionally and efficiently. Carl also pointed out other portions of our system that would benefit from upgrades and provide additional safety, which we are considering. I was seeking assistance with a tripped circuit involving my outdoor security flood lights. After contacting Miele Electric (thought I was leaving a VM at about 5:30pm) he personally picked up the phone and addressed my concerns. Amazingly, he was at my property and repaired several issues the very next day! May I add that I am writing this post with a Job(s) well done in less than 24 hours! He went above and beyond his responsibilities to help us. Carl reached out several times to a technician from another company to ensure that they were on the same page. Most impressive, he followed up the next day to see if the other company had we completed their scope of work. We will definitely use Miele Electric again.

Carl really helped me out on short notice. I had an issue with my house that caused random power loss in various outlets and appliances. I tried to troubleshoot myself and with the help of another electrician for months, and figured I was in for a costly repair. I hired Carl after he was confident on the phone he'd find my issue. Within the first hour of diagnosis, he found the issue and fixed it that day. Carl and his team have decades of experience. He's a straightforward and professional guy, and also reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Carl and Cody did a magnificent job upgrading our electrical panel from 100 amp to 200 amp as well as installing our 22KW generator. Tropical storm Elsa hit us literally 15 minutes after the final checks were completed. Our new generator got a 4 1/2 hr maiden voyage and ran like a champ. Would recommend Miele Electric for any electrical needs.

Miele Electric installed a Generac generator start to finish in less than one month. Town inspection hold points took up nearly 2 weeks of that time. Carl Miele was responsive in every aspect. I have no reservation recommending him.
