I could not be happier with American Bio-Tech. Every aspect of the process of ridding my attic of mice and squirrels was efficient and completely effective. The staff are friendly and respect the time of their customers. Victor spent a full day sealing up possible entryways and he was professional, skilled, and patient with all my questions. Dustin explained the process to me and followed up with care and kindness, removing the last of the traps today. My problem is solved but should it return, I'll call American Bio-Tech right away.

I can’t say enough good things about Dustin and American Bio-Tech Wildlife Services. The team was incredible and Dustin came out to assess our squirrel issue almost immediately. Dustin was able to video tape our momma squirrel during his assessment, saw where she had gotten into the house to make her nest, and gave me an incredibly fair quote. Dustin got the traps set up, caught the momma and 5 “sub-adults” humanely, and made sure no babies were left behind before sealing the hole and reinforcing multiple roof sites.

Shout out to American Wildlife Services! I had a family of groundhogs systematically excavating all the dirt from under my shed and chewing up my front porch. I didn't want them dead. I just wanted them to live somewhere else. Dustin showed up 10 minutes ahead of the 4 hour window they gave me for my appointment and caught a male, a mom and two babies over the past few days. He put the mom and the babies in a cage together and helped the groundhogs move to a forest in Kent. He was sweet and kind to the groundhogs, made sure he baited the traps with enough food so they could eat and gave me advice to cover the traps if it got too hot or the groundhogs were too worked up. I'd use them again in a second!

Highly recommend American Bio-Tech. They were terrific. A pleasure to work with professional, courteous, on time and thorough. Special shout out to Brandon & Roy who did a fantastic job, inside and out.

The team of Dustin and Victor came out to the house to do the second stage of bat removal. They arrived on time and did their work expeditiously and completely. Dustin clearly explained the process and gladly tweaked some of the work done on the initial visit. His co-worker Victor was very pleasant and polite. The true litmus test of course is no long term evidence of harboring bats in our attic, but I must say they were pleasant and efficient in doing their work.

Ray exceeded all my expectations! From start to finish, their personalized approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I'm thrilled with the results and would eagerly recommend Ray to anyone looking for exceptional service!

I would definitely highly recommend American Bio-Tech Wildlife Services. I was having issues with mice. Dylan was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and helped me to quickly resolve the issue. He came out and fully assessed the situation, evaluating all spaces both on the interior and exterior. He found a hole where the mice were getting in and was able to seal an opening to ensure that the mice did not get in. He additionally set some traps in the basement where the issue was occurring. Dylan also provided a warranty on the hole for the next couple months. American BioTech made everything simple from scheduling to the service call itself and I would definitely use them again for any wildlife issues in the future.

Dylan and Breanna were the absolute best to work with. It seemed as if I was never going to get rid of mice but the team came back and back until the job was done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

American Bio-Tech Wildlife Services are truly the best. I needed help with both bats and mice, and they did an amazing job. Everyone I worked with from Brieanna at the office to Dylan, Brandon, and Jeff out in the field was not only a consummate professional but also truly patient and kind. And trust me, when bats are scratching from inside your wall and you are freaking out, a little kindness makes all the difference!

American bio-tech came to my house one day after I called for an appointment. Can’t ask for a better response time than that! Dylan and I Looked over the house and within 10 minutes he found where the red squirrels are getting in. They have chewed through electrical wiring to the point where I have no power in some of my rooms.
After a very informative discussion, I am confidently looking forward to resolving my pest problem. I was very impressed with Dylan and I know that I would not be able to do this without him and his knowledge as I’ve been trying for several months on my own. Animal Bio-Tech was fantastic. I called and left a message. Someone from the company immediately called me back.
We explained our situation of having bats in the attic and they scheduled an appointment that week. Dylan came out and was great to work with. Very laid back, professional and knowledgeable. He inspected the interior and exterior of our home to find any troubshooting ares where the bats may have entered. Highly recommend American Bio-Tech Wildlife. Dylan was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to locate holes in my foundation that mice had been traveling through within minutes (I had been searching for months) After the initial consultation I felt very confident having them return to seal all the holes and passageways the mice were entering. After the work was completed our mouse problem was solved. Most importantly Brianna in the office had followed up months later to see if our issue was solved which goes a very long way. Couldn’t be happier with their services, money well spent!
