Great dine in experience with generous portions and fresh tasting food. A nice option when you want to enjoy good food in town that is not takeout. Really reasonable lunch prices and lunch specials come with a choice of soups.

Definitely hit the spot for sure. Excellent food, service, overall looks! 10/10 from me! it also has a cute little bar on the other side of building!! It was just unbelievably good. will be back :)!

I had no idea that this Chinese restaurant turns into a late night karaoke joint! The girls & I had so much fun. We didn't eat, but did drink (drinks are a very good pour here & very reasonably priced). All the karaoke singers were amazing, they took it to the extreme! Kitchen is open later as I did see a bunch of other tables with food that smelled yummy.

Very nice! Drinks were on point! Food was delicious and the service was great! Quick but not rushed. We will be back!

This place was awesome. We sat right next to the fish tank. The service was quick food was hot and delicious 😋. We went on a Wednesday for lunch as soon as they opened. Not very many people. Totally worth it!!

A staple in West Hartford for many years now. Great food and great service. Whether a family meal or a large catering order they are outstanding. Nice wine selection as well. I Highly recommend

The food here is very good . I been dining and happy hours. I am not sure where negative views come from as the food has always been tasted and good portions. Very good authentic chinese food and good service.

Went here for dinner because in MA you can't dine in Chinese restaurants. The service and food was Amazing.

We had a pu pu platter for an appetizer. He ordered the double dragon shrimp/ General Tso's chicken combo. Scorpion bowl was nice and strong. I ordered the Moo shu Duck. The hot tea was delicious too. Everything tasted fantastic with generous portions.

This was the BEST Chinese food I've had in a long time.

Every table that was being used, which was every other, was covered in paper and All wore masks for Covid safety. Great atmosphere too with blue lighted large fish tanks. They also offer outside seating.

Well worth the 45 minute drive. Would highly recommend this for anyone.

Awesome place, great service and excellent Chinese food. Large portions of really tasty and flavorful entrees and appetizers. We ordered the Pu Pu platter as an appetizer and devoured it! The spare ribs were full of flavor and full of meat perfectly cooked. Huge eggrolls and good examples of fried shrimp & chicken fingers & wings AND beef teriyaki served with plenty of sauces for dipping.

The fried chicken wings were marinated and delicious and the little touches of class...like putting shredded lettuce under the fried food in the famous wooden Pu Pu platter...nice touch and we noticed and appreciated it as well as being thankful for the attentive waiter that kept our glasses full as we enjoyed our meal. Thank you for the great service.

Our entrees were INCREDIBLE, "Moo Shu Duck" & "Dragon & Phoenix". Huge portions that we paired with pork fried rice which was moist, flavorful and plentiful. We will certainly return and we're bringing friends!

Top quality Chinese food! Huge portions! I usually get chicken fingers, boneless spareribs, fried rice, chicken wings…all great! Everything on the menu is excellent. And…Karaoke!!!!

Delicious food, friendly service, and lots of fun! My friend, Brittany, and I had our birthday party in the private room of Butterfly. We and our guests ordered from the banquet menu and we did karaoke after dinner and cake were done. The Chinese food was yummy and extremely satisfying. My favorite drink was the “Pineapple Passion” cocktail! Shoutout to Christine who was extremely responsive when I made reservations to have our party and helped make our event spectacular! Karaoke was a blast and we did our fair share of singing and having a good time. I highly recommend this place for parties.

Loved Karoake. The shrimp friend rice was amazing. I had a great experience. Had a lot to do with Company I kept as well. We definitely enjoyed ourselves.

Oh my goodness dont know where to begin. The aquarium and decor is amazing the food is delicious and atmosphere is cozy. I had the crispy fried duck, jellyfish, and the scallion pancakes and it was out of this world. My husband had the crispy pork belly, steamed dumplings, and general tsos chicken. So Definately try those if your interested. The food was quick and efficient and everyone was very attentive my drinks my food all at a great time i really cant complain about anything.

Nice, place to break bread, whether it's on lunch hour, or happy hour, 😊 I couldn't ask for a better place to enjoy my meal, I just love those, bowl of noodles to crunch on, 😀 all I do is add a but of, salt and pepper. I personally recommend 👌

Polite service, good food, nice atmosphere. We ate in the dining room, used a Groupon special, and enjoyed lots of food... even brought home leftovers. Fried banana dessert was very good!

Great place to visit or for banquet reservations. Amazing attentive staff, inviting atmosphere and great food. I've rented the banquet room twice and will do so again. Always a great experience.

Butterflies is a wonderful Chinese place the service is exceptional the food is fantastic. When I'm in West Hartford that's the only restaurant that I will go to when I want Chinese food they do family style also if if you want to share. I recommend this place. They also have a bar and karaoke night.

Fun place for a friday night. Staff is great, the food is good, and watching people sing their hearts away is always fun.
