I can always find many books and great deals here (sometimes too many 😅)

I do miss when there were the computers stationed nearby to search books and sometimes its hard to find someone to ask questions. However will say that when I do ask for help, I'm always given good customer service.

The Cafe for Starbucks is good. It is a smaller menu, but there are always fresh Bakery items. And I'm usually able to order some of my favorite drinks.

Overall, I'll say that this location always has many good books and are one of the only businesses open late in the area! The staff is friendly and locating what you need is fairly easy. I also give props to B&N for always offering ways to save money be it a membership, coupons or bogo days. This location is a staple and has been around for as long as I'm able to remember, so my review is also steeped in nostalgia. I would definitely recommend coming here!

Wonderful experience at B&N in South Burlington this afternoon. Came with my toddler and had a pretty rough time with excitement over riding the escalators that lead to a bit of a tantrum. I had to retreat to the car and wasn't able to get the book I needed to pick up. I gave a call and the very kind bookseller was able to locate the book I needed and called me back in just a few minutes to let me know it was waiting for me at the register. We were able to go back in quickly and get the book. Also took another quick ride up and down the escalators. :D Lovely folks at the register too that gave my son a Hungry Hungry Caterpillar sticker. A successful trip thanks to the helpful staff!

Absolutely a delightful store...except for 2 things: the store is not handicap friendly, with only five chairs available upstairs for elderly or walking impaired individuals to rest in after navigating 2 floors, and these are difficult to locate; in the café, the absolutely rude young man could not use his words to indicate the an area for water was behind me, but instead jammed his pointing hand right past my face (just inches away) while loudly chattering. When I asked him to lower his hand, he seemed determined to keep pointing. No one else was in line at the counter, so he wasn't busy filling orders. He had just been chatting with his female coworker. One must wonder where he was raised and by whom (or what).
The store is beautifully arranged, very clean, and chock full of good reads for all ages and interesting toys, holiday items, and accoutrements for readers. I recommend the store with 5 stars but zero stars for the café help.

One of the smaller B&Ns that I've been to and also one of the cuter ones! Carrying a broad selection of local history and lore as well as a great variety of both new and used offerings, this place is a perfect escape from the bustle of Burlington.

There is nothing wrong with a good old fashioned hand held book, Barnes & Noble has a great variety of books and magazines and a friendly, knowledgeable staff, too. And a nice café all as well.

Excellent selection of titles including a very large clearance section! What I loved most was the extensive and well stocked Manga and graphic novels section. Most series have complete sets available for purchase and lots of reviews from staff members.

I've always loved this location. Currently there are no tables or anywhere to sit upstairs though (only the cafe area has seating)

Large and open store. Clean with friendly staff. The genre sections has above-average variety (e.g., the horror shelves were not just King). Surprisingly, they have a large used and remainders room that we found well worth the time to pick through.

It's heart-warming to see Barnes & Noble bookstore & cafe still thriving in businesss. A real bookstore where you can actually touch, smell, and browse books is a rare haven these days. It's a welcoming place where you can get great coffee, tea, and pastries.

I try not to review major chains too much, but this was a great Barnes and noble. Giant but well organized, staff were super friendly and helpful. Plenty of seating in the coffee shop.

Very impressive selection but my only complaint would be that I couldn't find a clearance selection. Might just be a pet peeve of mine but something I like to browse through. Still a lot of things you can find.

I really like it here! The escalators don't work, but that actually is kind of nice because it meant I went to the cafe instead, and got to see Namjoon from BTS ordering a coffee! i just bought his album that day, it was great to see him ordering a latte :)
i can see why he would come here; the customer service isGREAT! i have seen people walk right out the door with books they did not pay for, and no one makes a big deal! i think that's really nice of them.
