Have always liked shopping JCP and very happy that the shopping is back to the old JCP experience with lots of choices and excellent coupon sales.

Wide selection of clothes and apparels for men, women, kids and home. French speaking lady at the checkout was really helpful. Good sales on shoes. Liked the South Burlington store, wished they were open later on weekends.

Found new baby things on sale and the lovely sales associate gave us an additional 25% off! Just a pleasant shopping experience!

Found what I needed and felt quite safe. Needed a suit for a project, was able to find one easily, the difficult part was deciding on style.

We just happened to walk through this entrance to get into the university mall. We were on a mission to get to one of the jewelry stores to look at mens wedding bands. My fiance wandered over to the jewelry counter on his way by and saw some styles that he liked. Immediately Jean, a jewelry associate asked if she could help us. She found his correct size, and she explained to us the difference with a comfort fit, and a standard fit. They had the ring he wanted in his correct size, in stock! He also asked about options for myself to match his band, and she gave me tons of different options, and I fell in love with one of the bridal sets that seemed to be way out of our price range. Since they were running sales on jewelry and the additional 35% off if you use your JCP card, I was pleasantly surprised with the price. We both left with our wedding rings, and one more thing checked off our to-do list! Thank you so much!

Emily L in the salon is awesome! Normally I go to places and they ask what size clipper to use on my son's hair etc, I have no idea otherwise I would cut his hair myself! I show Emily a picture and she cuts it exactly like we want. Definitely the best there!

I have been to JCPenney's 3 times since Thanksgiving Night and Tobin has been the most Excellent helper to me while shopping there in oh so many ways. He is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. I now look forward to seeing him when I go back.

Good staff... Fair pricing. You can find lot of good items with affordable pricing. They have enough billing points which is really makes buyer ease.

I shop there got some good deals .its nice an clean .i returned something after a year they gave back credit .which was cool .i had no receipt still took unopened never used item back

i usually see friendly, helpful associates. Also, I love my salon stylist for the awesome haircuts and colors. Great experience every time I shop at this store.

Clean store, lots of good clothing to choose from

I love the variety of things in the store. They have beautiful clothes & jewelry. It took awhile, but I found a pair of shoes that I liked & fit.

They always have lots of great deals here. I am glad the dressing rooms are back open. It's hard when stuff doesnt fit right and we have to go back to return.

Very happy with my haircut and experience at JC Penney Salon in the University Mall. Candace is very pleasant and chatty - made me feel very comfortable and also gave me a much needed break as a busy mom to three. Thanks, Candace! Love my hair!
