Hertz Car Rental - Waterloo - Livingston Fbo (private Flights Only)

I had rented a car online and paid for it in full. When I went to pick it up, I was told that there was a $500 deposit also needed on top of the fee that was already paid for. No where in any of the information I got was that said. It was after 5 that day. My card was declined because I was over my limit, and they don't take cash or cards over the phone. Had I known ahead of time, I would have called the bank. I was leaving the next day early in the morning, and the guy was not overly helpful. He did say i could come back at 8 or check around to other places. He gave me the customer service number to get a refund. I called every number and hit every extension and never got ahold of a person. The only thing I could do was modify my rental. Since it was less than 24 hour notice I didn't get my full refund and can't get ahold of a real person to explain what happened. I won't go back for a rental or recommend this place either.
