La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Norwich-Plainfield-Casino

This was our second visit and we enjoyed our time. We needed a little stay -cation getaway. The beds are SO comfortable. Pool was open and clean. Plenty of restaurants near by ... or Big Y across the street to grab your own snacks. Breakfast is good. Thank you for a nice visit.

Great stay, amazing staff! This location was a wonderful getaway and I would recommend this hotel as a top destination. The rooms are so nice and very clean. The pool was so relaxing, I felt very comfortable here. Thanks so much for making my weekend enjoyable.

Room was clean and the staff very friendly. We enjoy staying at this hotel due to the staff and how clean the rooms are and how nice the staff is .

Stayed for a week room was nice size, clean, and quiet. The staff was awesome! So polite and helpful! Breakfast was good and made the stay even more enjoyable! Only downside was pool was freezing! The pool area was well kept and very nice.

Great value for what I expected. Their breakfast was totally awesome! Scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage and potatoes!! I couldn't believe it. Rooms were done up nicely and everyone was very friendly especially Lee & Jessica. They had little chocolates at their front desk and their pantry was a life saver! Traveling with 4 kids can be chaotic so all the snacks and drinks were a big help.

My family and I have been staying at La Quinta for several months while our home is under going repairs and renovations. We've stayed at every local hotel in this area and La Quinta is by far the BEST. Why?
⭐ Their Rooms are inviting, warm & clean.
⭐Their Beds are extremely comfortable & clean.
⭐ Their complimentary breakfast & 24 Coffee Bar has a nice variety and is also clean.
⭐ The staff at La Quinta has gone out of their way to treat our family as if we were a part of theirs. They have ALWAYS treated us with respect, kindness & gratitude.
⭐ This Pet Friendly hotel has literally made our dog feel like he's king of the castle! Our fur baby truly thinks he's La Quinta's Mascot because EVERY SINGLE staff member treats him like he is.
In conclusion,my family and I highly recommend La Quinta and would like to thank the entire staff for treating us like family and friend's. You've been a God send and Blessed to us.

Very pleasant front desk person at check-in at 3pm (5/28)
Tasty coffee station with all the "add-ins", complimentary breakfast 6-9am M-F; shifted hours for memorial day Monday (7-10am). Pastries, eggs, pork sausage & make-your-own waffles.
Rooms are a bit worn (beat up by guests) but neat and clean.
Pool was too cold for us, but apparently they just opened it. Fitness center included.
Bathroom spacious.

We stayed here for a night on Christmas and it was a pretty good experience. I liked the attention they gave us and I liked the rooms. They were clean and spacious and there are some nice views of outside. In the morning, there was really good breakfast and me and my family could enjoy it while talking and laughing with each other. It was an overall good experience and I’d like to come back here again!

Stayed the weekend with my family and had an amazing time. Kids loved the swimming pool, it is comfortable and heated. A nice and elegant place to stay with family. Me and my family felt very welcome with great customer service. Will definitely come again with family!!

Fabulous place to stay! Clean rooms, good breakfast, a small town so not much to do but it was perfect for us as we were passing through town.

Our experience was fabulous the bed was comfortable, room was super clean, hotel staff was very nice, pool was fun and clean, the morning breakfast was amazing and you can wash your laundry there for $2.50. The manager Jasmine is fabulous, she is a great person to talk to if you don’t know the area. Over all had a wonderful stay.

I would have to say I have no complaints , other than the pool being freezing, nice breakfast & great service! Very clean & the beds are so comfortable (not firm)! :)

I was invited to a wedding in the area and stayed here . Very clean , quiet and spacious. For the price you couldn’t beat it.

Most affordable place. The family and I had came here due to the storm and losing power. Jessica was extremely helpful and nice.

Upon arriving, the person at reception, Miss Jessica, went out of her way to check me into a room super early. She also provided extra towels and toiletries upon request. Miss Lee went into the back and offered me a DELICIOUS sausage egg and cheese quiche w/ sundried tomatoes and OJ-even though breakfast shutdown an hour prior. She didn't have to do that and that's why they're getting stars across the board. Very pleasant, welcoming experience!

We have been waiting for our new mobile home to be delivered and have been staying here for 2 months with our cats and a dog. Everyone has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room is good and the breakfast is great. The 24 hour coffee bar has been a lifesaver. Highly recommend for anyone with pets
