PDCM Insurance

I have worked with PDCM for almost 10 years and they are, hands down, the best organization I have partnered with relative to benefits. Kelsey and Dennis (and the entire team, for that matter) are absolute rock stars! They are experts in the field and their clients, along with their employees, are true beneficiaries of that knowledge!

We contacted PDCM to help us with our insurance needs. They (Kent, Nicole, & Adam) went over and beyond to take care of our insurance worries. They came to our place of business and said "we got this" and they took care of everything! Most people aren't excited to work with insurance companies for financial reasons but PDCM didn't make it about the money. It was about our business needs! Thanks you guys!

Exceptional Service hands down. I've been working with PDCM for the past 2 years and have always received timely communication and follow up for any health insurance questions that our employees have had come up. The renewal process is fantastic and efficient and this is doing the method the old-fashioned way with paper and pen. They even have interactive software to make this process smoother depending on preference. Would highly recommend anyone looking for insurance options to seek out PDCM, you will not be disappointed.

Nicole C. was very thorough - even knew our auto included road-side assistance so she suggested dropping that from our coverage for awhile. Saved us $. I have dealt with the folks at PDCM for about 10 years now for both business and personal insurance needs. They are dedicated to excellent customer service and working with all of their staff has always been a pleasure. During the Derecho that hit Iowa last August, they were were amazing in their response time and provided valuable and timely assistance to us in getting our claims filed, resolved, and repairs made while many of our neighbors were still waiting for their adjuster to come. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for either business or personal insurance.

Out of the blue I received a call from Nicole saying she wanted to do a review of our coverage. Initially I wasn't thrilled because she said it would take 15 - 20 minutes, but she also mentioned that she had found a new insurer that could save us money, so my interest was piqued. It turns out we were able to save hundreds and hundreds of dollars annually on home and auto coverage. Definitely worth the 20 minutes of phone time! Just another example of super service from Nicole and PDCM.

We do our business and group health with PDCM and have had a great experience. I also have my personal home and auto with them. I recently bought a classic car and emailed my agent, Rita. I got an auto response she was out until after the holidays. I was fine with waiting. However, within the day her coworker, Stacie responded to my email. It seems Rita took the time on her vacation to let Stacie know I needed help. We had it insured within 24 hours and the rate is amazing! I strongly recommend PDCM.

I cannot say enough good things about PDCM, but especially Michelle! Not only has she repeatedly went over and above to assist not only me, but also anyone on our policy who has contacted her. If she does not know the answer, she finds out, instead of guessing!

Even though we are a small group, she treats us like we matter. I cannot say that about others companies..

Now that I have worked with Nicole for the last 2 years I have a couple of comments:
- She picks up her phone and/ or gets back to you in short order.
- She replies to your emails in short order
- She is down to earth and customer service oriented.

I have always had the best service from PDCM for all my insurance needs; from home and car to my most recent experience with switching prescription drug coverage. They always find me the best coverage for the best rates, as well as, providing me with great customer service. I highly recommend them.

I will start off by saying I do not do business personally with PDCM, however I recently had an interaction with a representative of the this company at an local public event and was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the individual representing them, if I wasn't already very happy with my current Insurance and investment companies I am in business with, I definitely would look into PDCM. Thank You for being polite and professional to the volunteer staff, and hope to interact with your people at many more future events.
