Landon's Tire & Auto Care Center

Landon's has been such a big help fixing and maintaining my car's breaking system. After they completed a pretty sizable repair for me, one of the parts was defective, and they replaced it under warranty.

A few months later I was noticing similar issues and they did a thorough job inspecting for and identifying the issue. They would have been justified charging me for the part, but they fixed it under warranty as well. They were also very thorough in their explanations when I asked for details about the process and what might be causing the problem.

I appreciate knowing my car is in good hands when I bring it in, and I especially appreciate the time the folks at Landon's spend walking me through the issues and how to avoid them. I'll be bringing my car back for its regular maintenance in the future.

My husband brought my car in yesterday to check on an issue I was experiencing. So impressed with the work, efficiency, and professionalism. Jeff is amazing and all his employees were fast and very competent! I drove up from Florida to visit a sick friend and I had a noise coming from one tire. He saw me immediately and rotated all my tires to the best safety positions and recommended the one tire to replace all for an extremely reasonable price. In and out in 15 mins and I feel sooo much better driving the 20 hours back home!!

I went there the day after I came out of work to find my tire flat from a nice big nail hole. I walked into Landon without an appointment, waited 5 minutes before they told me to pull my car in. 5 minutes later, I was told I was all set! They had plugged the tire, had it back on the car and inflated, and had my spare put back underneath my car all in that time. Super efficient and very friendly crew! Highly recommend

This place is awesome! Jeff the boss is the nicest guy ever all his workers are top notch mechanics. Fast service, great prices and they treat you like your special. I had a slow leak on my 2023 Corvette. A new tire is 600.00. Jeff said we can repair it and did the repair for $35.00. He could have told me I needed a new tire but he's a honest guy and saved me $565.00! If you need service or tires for your car this is the place to go!

Had a repair done a few weeks ago and was driving home when a grinding noise came from the same area as where the repairs were done. I called Landon Tire the next day and explained the situation. Within 15 minutes Jeff was sending a flat bed truck to pick up my car to evaluate the noise. Within an hour or two, I was called and told everything looked good. I had picked up some road gravel which had lodged in the brake drum, causing the noise. The repairs done a few weeks back looked good. They had removed the gravel and the car was ready for pickup. When I picked up the car, I was told there was no charge despite the tow, the evaluation, and clean up! So I whole heartedly recommend Landon Tire for your tire and suspension/alignment needs. Service that goes beyond expectations!

Went to Landon’s today because Town Fair in Norwich was absolutely ridiculous. The young man behind the counter needs a refresher on how to speak with customers! Enough said about that! I drove from Norwich to Landon’s because I had a flat tire which needed a plug. I knew I was close to replacing all four tires as they were wearing. The tire was beyond repair however, the manager provided alternatives rather than replacing all four. I decided to have them all replaced. They were not crazy priced . I cannot say enough about their customer service, no lines, no waiting. The manager and all the staff are AMAZING! Extremely professional! I would absolutely return.

Local supplier of tires, local employer of locals. Runs and honest business, came in and told me I didn't really need replacement tires. Didn't try to upsell me, didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. I'll be back here for all my tire needs. Thank you again gentlemen.

Really impressed with the entire operation, runs like a well oiled machine. First time I can remember a repair/tire shop performing exactly as promised. I live about 20 minutes from the shop and I was back home an hour and a quarter from the time I left, with four new tires mounted and balanced. The timely manner in which they took care of me was greatly appreciated, I just had total knee replacement and pretty uncomfortable and I was concerned about sitting around for a couple of hours. 35 minutes after arriving there, they pulled my truck up to the front door and thanked me for the business. Had a issue with my brakes and they told me to come in right away. They figured out the problems, communicated my options and lent me a car for the afternoon while they fixed my car the same day. So nice to not only have quick but trustworthy service too!
