We were traveling from our home in Massachusetts when we had a slow leak in a tire. We pulled in to our hotel in Bristol and looked online for a place to get it fixed. I called Thad at 6:20 a.m. and he said he could take a look at 8. I dropped it off at 8:07 and he said he would look at it right away. Thad called me at 9, saying it was fixed. He even took a further step to rotate the patched tire to the rear where it would be less stressed on turns. Thad saved our first real vacation in more than 18 months. Thank you Thad!
