These men and women here have always been good to deal with and provided great service. It sometimes takes longer than they tell you for the service to be done if they are really busy; however, the wait isn't bad and I feel like a can trust them to work on my car and not try to sell me on extras I don't need. They have even stepped up to cover repairs for damages to the oil pan and plug that another dealer caused and didn't charge me for those repairs. I'm not going to say they will do this every time, as I had to really implore of them to do so, and they had to work with that dealer for the claim. However, I give them five stars as I take all of my daily drivers to them for service. Big thumbs up for these guys!

Love the people here! They treat you like an actual person, not another vehicle. They take time to explain what they are doing and don't charge for anything you don't agree to!!! My service is always great and of course I love my Ford Fusion. Thank you guys for making a mundane but necessary experience easy!!!

They were very friendly here. Although I had a coupon for a free oil change, they did a complementary check on my car and found a few things that needed repairing. I know alot of times places will do this to take advantage of people who don't know alot about vehicles, but they didn't know that I did know about them and being a female I appreciated the fact that they told me what needed fixed pretty soon for my safety, and then told me the things that could wait a bit. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who isn't very familiar with their vehicles.

Excellent customer service today. Especially considering it is the Tuesday before Thanksgiving with all the travelers needing an oil change. They were super swamped but still managed to get me in and out in 45 minutes. They even vaccumed, which I greatly appreciate! Hillari was extremely helpful, informative and professional. Always friendly. Usually competent. A little overpriced for some basics (cabin filter, wipers), but that's the price you pay for service at the dealer.
