I went in just to look for new work boots, and wouldn't you know it, MS. T hooked me right up with a wonderful pair and on her first try! (That NEVER HAPPENS) I also found a couple of other bargains on the sales racks. They keep a very nice and clean store front and back with very friendly knowledgeable staff that's very eager to help in any way they can! I will most definitely be back when I'm in the area again!!

Staff is wonderful. Friendly and knowledgeable. I arrived 20 minutes before close and tried on work shoes until just a few minutes before close, I let her know I’d not keep her late as I knew it was about closing time and she said it’s truly no problem. I found a perfect pair of work shoes and she let me know all of the warranty information for that particular pair as she knew exactly what it was and said if I were to have any problems they would actually help with with the warranty if I just brought them back in. I was shocked to see just how many work boots and shoes they had in stock and I tried at least 7 pair and they had my size in every one which is very rare. Bottom line - clean store, nice and very knowledgeable staff, willing to help in any way, had no problems staying late if required to help customers. Keep your money local and support small businesses, the service itself is worth it.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Brandon knew so much about the footwear I needed to purchase. He was very pleasant to work with and got me in and out in less than 15 minutes with the shoes I needed. Highly recommend to everyone!

I went in this morning because of a boot issue that I was experiencing I also had planned on getting a different boot but after the recommendations from who I believe is the new store manager Danny my entire morning is awesome because of his recommendation. Thank you E Edwards and thank you Danny I will be back soon.

Went in to get set up with work pants and boots. Immediately was greeted by Brandon - the GM - who confirmed my PO and directed me to the different areas of the store. When I had no luck finding the pants I was needing, Brandon pointed me to the front of the store where they were actually on markdown, and when I went to checkout with what I thought were a good pair of boots, he recommended a pair that had received better response from his customers regarding their durability. Then he had a second pair of pants in my size transferred from another store and ordered three of the newer version of them from Carharrt. Brandon was a great example of customer service done right, and a reason I will continue to use E Edwards for my work wear needs.

I cannot say enough in regards to the customer service you get from the sales staff at the E. Edwards work wear Olathe location!
Brandon, the store manager and his staff always go the extra mile, when it comes to assisting me with my safety clothing purchases.

I would not consider going anywhere else when it comes to buying my wardrobe for work!

I wish I could receive this service at every store I walk in. The two ladies were more than happy to assist me finding a work boot, even as it was nearing time to close. Being new to town I didn't know of many places to go. I feel like I lucked out finding a store with such selection, assistance, and wonderful experience. If I need work wear I know where I will be going!

Amazing customer service . One of the Lady's assisted me in finding a good pair of boots and recommended exactly what I was looking for in a work boot . I am very happy with my purchase of Thorogood boots from them and am confident these will last me years . Also , I purchased Carhartt jeans from their downtown location and they ended fitting a bit too baggy and the Gm at this location happily let me exchange them for the right size . From now on. This is where I will go to for my work clothing .

The general manager Brandon Williams was extremely helpful in helping me decide on the safety clothing I need for the job that I do!
When he was called away Brandon immediately sent one of his professional staff members to assist me. Hard to find this type of professional service in today's world. I highly recommend to anyone who reads this recommendation to stop by E Edwards work wear for all your work clothing needs!
