Just spent a great few days skiing in Vermont. They got a big dump of mid-march snow, and the conditions were outstanding. I've skied Stratton for years, and I've never been disappointed. To me it is a classic Vermont Ski area. Some tight trails with lots of turns. The crew does a great job grooming the slopes, and for anyone who skied the winter of 23-24 knows how challenging was.

I was very lucky that growing up I had a few friends with houses nearby and got to grow up and really learn to ride on Stratton. The village is one of the best in the east, the riding is great and the drive is not terrible from NJ. Whether I'm going for a weekend or stopping by on my way up to our back from a further mountain, it's always a great time. Solid restaurant and bar scene in the village is always a great plus.

Friday 43 degree day with zero lift or gondola wait times. Great surface conditions. Very friendly staff everywhere. Delicious healthy food choices. Overall a 5 star day.

Beginner friendly mountain, we got lucky with snow on our 2nd day. The gondola got a bit busy on the 2nd day but otherwise there was almost no wait for runs. The village isnt too big but we stayed at an airbnb.

We have been to many events at Stratton and we have never been disappointed! Today was harvest fest. Pouring rain and gross out. Everything was moved inside and let me say kudos to whomever coordinated it all!! It was absolutely awesome! We had a blast!

I skiied Stratton 12/26/23 , my day started with problems not being able to open a paid locker downstairs in main base lodge. I went upstairs to informatiom desk and spoke with a very pleasant lady named Pat. Pat was awesome, she listened patiently and resolved my problems. Pat gave me contact information to get refund for the locker I'd paid for. Pat then walked me over to bag check and gave me complimentray bag check for the day. Thank you again Pat for going above and beyond providing the most awesome customer service.

Went up for a wedding and planned to down hill mountain bike. It was so easy and relatively cheap. They included the bike, helmet, pads and lift ticket. The patrol was super friendly and everyone made it really fun. The wedding was great and beer options where amaazing. Highly recommend

Update... came here to ski over Thanksgiving weekend, while the conditions were fast and icy, we still had a lot of fun getting the chance to break in new equipment for the season...

Stratton was the first mountain that my wife and son took ski lessons at. While the resort was crowded, we had a wonderful experience none the less. The village area for shopping and restaurants after a day of skiing is great as well. This mountain overall is perfect for intermediate level skiers.

Only went for tubing. Wonderful experience and great staff with regard to the tubing. The restaurant was not very good though

Pretty dang good. Little flat for a snowboarder but great for an old guy getting back into skiing

We stayed in the Long House Resort rooms as a romantic couple for Valentine's day.

It was really nice to be able to sleep in and then walk to the mountain right as they opened. We've tried dinners in the Stratton village but they're overpriced for the quality you get, and usually very packed with families even when going midweek.

Instead we enjoyed going into Manchester for dinner and had a multitude of delicious and romantic dinners during our stay. In the future we might consider staying in Manchester overnight for the savings.

That being said the quality of the rooms and service here were top notch. It was basically a little apartment with a fully functioning kitchen, fireplace, and nice bathroom. Super clean. And great service going well above and beyond, such as loading and running the dishwasher for us. Noticing that I didn't finish my coffee and bringing me a different brand for the next day without me asking. As well as fresh towels every night.

The TV was modern and worked well with live casting on our android phones.

Great place if you are into skiing and snowboarding. We were there only for a day. My son had a blast skiing all day. I took a beginner ski lesson. The instructor was super kind and patient with me and the entire group. The overall customer service was great, too. A good variety of places to eat at the ski lounge and the village. Shopping options at the village. Very cool and clean.

Stratton has always been a joy to visit for me. It has its own little village and lots of housing ops, nice condos, older condos, and hotel rooms. Know that no matter where you stay, you will pay. But, in the summer there are always cool events. Outdoor concerts, live music, bike trails, hiking trails, a great golf school and tennis school, 3@18 holes... I liked the sermon gondola ride and my daughter enjoyed the rock climbing wall. If you are outdoorsy and have money to spend, this is a great family resort. I'm still waiting for the Zipline though.

Great conditions and terrain. The base village has a lot of charm and upscale shops and bars/restaurants.

I went up to Stratton resort to watch my son participate in the Tough Mudder competition. The first thing that impressed me was how the layout made it easier to navigate where everyone needed to go. The shuttle service to and from the area where the events took place was constant. There was also free promotional amenities and adequate staff for assistance, direction and for the events itself. While I did not stay overnight at the resort, I did have occasion to e the restroom which was clean well stocked and easy to get to.

Quintessential Vermont skiing. Great terrain and layout. Perfect for families plenty of beginner and intermediate terrain. Definitely not the toughest terrain in the East but a great Southern VT spot. Right up there with Mt Snow.

Standard base lodge etc. mid mountain lodge had fun vibes and good chili.
