I’ve used Circa50 chair covers for two vintage frames I’ve had for many years. I just replaced one cover with the indoor/outdoor version and couldn’t be happier. Steve helped me place the order since my frame’s measurements were a little unusual, and he was friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Shipping was fast, and the chair cover is beautiful and sturdy. I ordered these covers after I saw how well they held up on similar chairs at our neighborhood pool. If they could withstand daily, commercial use and still look beautiful, I was sure they would work for me! I ordered samples to consider colors and test fabrics – but the clean all white style at the pool sold me over.

Great customer service! Ordered replacement cover (mesh fabric) for a butterfly chair that had been used outdoors for 10+ years. They responded quickly to my phone message on the weekend (!) and sent the cover out the next day---arrived shortly thereafter. They keep great records of sales and noted when I purchased the first 4. The other 3 are still in good shape: the fabric wears like iron and the seams are still holding. I did freshen them up with some vinyl upholstery spray paint, and that made them look like new. I did have an issue with one of the cover's seams failing in the seat that I wanted them to resew, and they sent me a new cover free of charge! When I ordered the covers 10+ years ago, I also ordered 2 butterfly chairs. Perfectly matched my original butterfly chairs. Excellent service; excellent products; excellent craftsmanship. Highly recommend them!

I ordered the black butterfly chair and ottoman. They are sturdy and just the right height, perfect for my back patio in Phoenix AZ. The fabric withstands both sun and heat. Quality product, no comparison to other said chairs. Delivery was great as well.

Many years ago I purchased a vintage butterfly chair frame and needed a cover for it, that's when I came across Circa50. I ordered a black and white cow hide cover from them and it was a perfect fit for my frame. It was also beautiful, comfortable, and very well made.
After around 20 years I wound up moving to a new city. While the cover was still in good shape I decided I wanted a new look and ordered a new black leather cover along with a butterfly ottoman with a matching black leather cover. Once again everything was perfect.
If you have a vintage frame and need a cover for it, or even if you want an entirely new butterfly chair, do not hesitate to order from Circa50, you will be very happy you did!

Circa 50 has been our go-to spot for our four vintage butterfly chairs now for a decade. Steve helped by walking me through the new product fabrics he had, one of which-this heather-gray is so sharp and clearly perfect as our third set of covers. All that fit pitch perfectly. A+

This is our second set of Circa50 vinyl weave butterfly chair covers. The first set lasted many years and we wanted a change of color. The order process was quick and easy. Steve determined the proper cover size over the phone using my measurements. The covers arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. They fit our chairs perfectly and are very comfortable.

I bought these vinyl weave covers to replace the ones I bought 6 years ago. The old ones are still like new, and have been outside for years, but somehow got stained with what I believe is tree sap and I could not get the stains out, so I ordered new ones. They arrived in a couple of days and fit well. The frames were given to me by an uncle many years ago and and the measurement guide is spot on. They are size B. Customer service is excellent.

We have managed to acquire a total of 8 vintage butterfly chairs over the past decade or so, and we have also purchased a total of 8 butterfly covers from Circa50! We have 3 chairs with white mesh covers outside the entry doors, one in leather in our office, one natural canvas in our master bedroom and three more natural canvas in our audio/media room.
The quality of the covers is exceptional and the customer service and support from Steve and his team is great. We only have 2 sets of 2 chairs that match – so just about every cover needed to be custom made – the fit is perfect in every case!
Our home will be part of the Charlotte Museum of History “Mad About Modern” house tour this year and we needed a new cover for “BF#8” in time for the photo session - and Circa50 was quick to respond!

I ordered Circa50's white vinyl mesh covers ("indoor / outdoor") for my butterfly chairs a little over a month ago and I couldn't be happier!

They arrived on schedule and have been living out on my back deck since. I was nervous about getting white for outdoor furniture at first, but the material is so durable and easy to clean / stain-resistant that it isn't an issue at all. They're super comfortable, beautiful, and are clearly very well-made.

Naturally there are cheaper options out there on the internet, but after comparing reviews across various brands, it became clear that if I wanted quality and durability, I should go with Circa50. It's only been a month, but so far the covers are inspiring lots of confidence.

The only small issue is that one of my chairs (I bought them second-hand, estimated to be from the late '40s / early '50s) is slightly larger than the other, and although I ordered the largest size for both chairs, the cover doesn't hang quite as comfortably on the larger chair. I'm absolutely chalking this up as my own mistake! Steve from Circa50 has been super friendly & accommodating to work with, so I imagine if I'd consulted him before ordering (the chair's measurements were obviously slightly above the Size D dimensions) he would have provided a solid recommendation / solution. So if you have a slightly weird-sized vintage chair—give Circa50 a call for consultation before you order :)

Extraordinary and personal service is so rare these days, that when you receive it, you just have to applaud it. I needed a replacement cover for my vintage butterfly chair, and was so pleased to discover Circa50. I ordered a swatch, and it arrived within 5 days! Then when I ordered it, I got a real, live person on the phone (Steve) who made sure I knew how to measure and order for the correct fit. When it arrived just a couple of weeks later, the cover was thoughtfully packaged and made the whole experience a pleasure. I am so grateful for this company.
