If you are thinking about renting equipment to ski. I had the best experience with this business. I highly recommend doing business here. They were prepared for my arrival, they asked questions to do their best to get everything right for me I was in and out so quickly that I told everyone that I met on the mountain all weekend about how great the experience was. We have been going to Stratton for over 13 years & Equipe is our go to store for all of our skiing needs. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable & welcoming & never do we feel rushed or pressured. I just purchased new boots this past weekend & Matt was the best! He listened to my concerns & found me the prefect boot & I skied better than I have ever skied before- these people know their stuff! Looking forward to getting new skis next year!! Thank you 😊

I didnt buy anything there because it was late in the season and I am a tough fit. But a guy there named Matt Henshaw really tried. He just seemed so knowledgeable and genuinely interested in solving my problem. He recommended a boot (Technica LV) to me that ultimately fit me like a glove. He didnt push the wrong thing on me (just because they had it in stock) as some other places did. It was really a good experience. I will go there first the next time I need something.

I'm just going to tell you that this ski shop rules. Great products, awesome service. They know what they are talking about and have the products to back it up. Right on the mountain, so easy to get what you need, when you need it. Fair prices, great selection of apparel and hard goods. Just got new skis, bindings. Demo'd a bunch of skis and found the perfect ones for me. And hubby. See Matt, Parker or anybody there. And btw, don't be in such a rush...let them do what they do and reap the rewards of awesome service.

The absolute best boot fitter! Located on the mountain so you can try out skis and pop back in and out for help and advice. If you need boots ask for Stephanie. I'd never been fit properly before, she figured out why I was having problems and fixed them after looking at my stance and current boot fit. Other places couldn't do it right after many tries. Especially great for women who need a proper fit! I've been to many places and never been fit so well, it has improved my skiing amazingly.

Stopped in and rented skis at the bottom of the mountain for a very reasonable price! Had a problem with one ski and the staff was incredibly kind about giving us a new pair and even comped to make up for it! Overall, we will definitely be renting here again!

When you have a positive experience shopping, you don’t really think about it but in some ways it helps brighten up your day. But when it makes you want to go out of your way to leave a review, you realize it’s because the store has a unique service culture and you are compelled to return the favor.
There were four of us with questions, concerns and special requests. Parker and Gordon addressed, explained, suggested and accommodated us on all fronts with lighting efficiency and great curtesy. My third year renting and shopping at the store and it certainly will not be the last.

Great selection of high supplies for all types of winter sports: downhill and cross-country skis, snow boarding, just looking good and staying warm. Top of the line brands with everything is stock. Prices to match. Equipment rental and demos on the basement level.

Treated me well. The rental gear was good. Really nice and knowledgeable guy behind the counter and the sales guy was excellent. He knows his product.

Excellent selection of top-of-the-line equipment and incredibly knowledgeable staff, eager to assist. Rental gear is the best in the area and prices have remained competitive.. Convenience of both a mountain location and rte. 100 store is great.

Upon picking up our rental we were not made aware of two locations for pick up . The gentleman working didn’t tell us our rental wasn’t with them and assumed we were willing to pay nearly double what we thought we were paying . When questioned he said “since it would’ve been more of a hassle he was helping us.” When we said that wasn’t cool he refunded us for the helmets. When my sister went to have the money put back on her debit card it declined . The gentlemen struggled and said sorry only refunds on a credit card with an attitude . Overall nothing but miscommunication and very dissatisfied with the experience.
